A Compendium of Prophecies
Since some foreshadowing elements were written so long ago that many readers have forgotten them, I'll mention them here as examples of the more important Prophecy that have appeared up to this point in the book, so you don't have to search for them.
P. S. Some Prophecy were predicted for this volume but haven't come true yet. Some Prophecy I didn't include in the statistics, so this is only a partial list.
1. Volume 3, * Tom Riddle's Diary *
William was browsing through Tyco Dodonas's Prophecies at Flourish and Blotts when he came across one of the Prophecy:
"Ha, ruthless demon king!"
Ah, broken soul!
The self-exile of that year,
Reborn from the gift of Death.
2. The second Prophecy is also in Tom's Diary.
Ronan the Centaur met William and gave him a Centaur Prophecy.
"Tonight's Hydra is unusual. The Alpha Star of Hydra... we Centaur call it ' the Heart of the Hydra,' or ' the the Solitary One.'"
It has always been the brightest star in Hydra, emitting a cold, desolate red light.
"But recently, Epsilon Star of Hydra has been getting brighter and brighter, and tonight it even surpasses the brightness of the Heart of the Hydra..."

3. Book IV, * The Prisoner of Azkaban *
Final exams, Trelawney's Prophecy to William:
As the daylight grew increasingly gloomy, the night of vigilance was about to begin.
With the help of his servants, the ruthless Dark Lord will rise again.
Coldness breeds resentment, and resentment leads to betrayal.
When three traitors appear, death is inevitable... death is inevitable...
4. Volume 5, * Merlin's Goblet of Fire *
William went to Venice, Death appeared to him in a dream, guiding him to the Deathly Hallows.
"Those who bear the Diadem of wisdom..."
Follow in the footsteps of the Doge of Venice.
He had lied before.
Cut off the horse's head.
Take away the bones of the blind.
The flood will submerge the sky.
The Holy Grail burned at the bottom of the tomb.
Deep within the phoenix's rebirth,
The lagoon does not reflect the stars.
The monster waits in the darkness.
Merlin's Prophecy will eventually come true.
5. Still from the Goblet of Goblet of Fire arc, Trelawney made a Prophecy:
"I just traveled through the future, gazing into the abyss with my Inner Eye... Guess what I saw staring back at me?"
"Is the abyss staring at you?" William guessed.
"It is death, my dear," Professor Trelawney sighed solemnly.
She spoke in a tone of overwhelming sadness:
"It's coming, getting closer and closer, like red and white dragons circling overhead, getting lower and lower... right above the castle... Many people are going to die..."
6. Book VI, * Dumbledore's Order of the Phoenix *
William drew the Fool Card:
A young man, wearing a laurel wreath and magnificent clothes, walks along the edge of a cliff.
He held an hourglass in his left hand and carried a long wooden stick on his right.
Trelawney's explanation:
"The flower crown represents wisdom."
The hourglass represents the power of time in the process of transformation. The flower crown has turned into a wooden stick, and wisdom has transformed into power.
Even the Fool without intelligence, wielding great power, is doomed to die...
7. Book VII, * The Slytherin's Snakewood Wand *
Trelawney helped Dumbledore draw a Death Card.
"Fallen trees, imprisoned men. Death, misfortune, drawing ever closer... Dumbledore."
(P. S. In the original book, Trelawney helped Dumbledore draw a the Tower Card.)
Then Dumbledore was struck by Snape and fell from the tower.
8. Trelawney used Fire Divination to make a Prophecy for William:
The pine needles on the high mountain howl in the wind, and the night wind groans with despair.
The red fire burns in all directions.
The blooming tree was cremated.
The scorching lava... is about to destroy the entire school...
