• Su Yao and Yang Xiu’s wooden boxes revealed a poem foretelling regional turmoil, and the emperor died as blood rain and a daytime Purple T Star marked his passing.
• The seven wooden boxes drew Su Yao and his companions into an immortal realm, where a Dharma form ordered them to carry the casket to the Longchuan and Luchuan confluence for Proclaiming Earth’s reincarnation.
• At Longchuan, Su Yao’s party fought Lu Yu, Shen Yuxiao, Xuan Yang, and their allies, and Su Yao killed Shen Yuxiao, Xuan Yang, the Golden Crows, and several other attackers while Lu Yu survived.

Su Yao held a Dharma banquet that established Qixia Temple’s influence, then confronted and killed the officials and True Persons who moved against it. As Mo Chen’s attempt to attain the Geng Wood Fruition Position ended in catastrophe, new conflicts over Nanzhao’s fate began to surface.

• Su Yao learned from Ren Han that Heavenly Governance had revealed a disastrous possible future, and promised to help him continue his Dao Path after reaching the Purple Mansion.
• As Qixia Temple’s Dharma banquet drew powerful guests, Zheng Qingci tried to enforce the crown prince’s celebration ban, but Xue Min and a mysterious power thwarted him and warned the county officials.
• Daozheng privately instructed Su Yao to handle the reincarnation of the Proclaiming Earth True Lord, keep distance from Nanzhao’s royal family, retrieve Witchcraft Dao items from Cibi Lake, and deal with the county magistrate and three Purple Mansions.

• Cang Lan confronted Su Yao in Nanzhao, using the Qi of the mortal world to weaken him and pursuing him until Su Yao released the Wu Earth Calamity, which destroyed Cang Lan.
• Zhao Shouzhi learned that Cang Lan and Mo Yan had sacrificed themselves to protect Nanzhao, then descended to confront its five calamities.
• Su Yao returned to Golden Ao Mountain and defeated Kuiwu and Ao Xiao, capturing Ao Xiao and ordering Yang Nan, Li Chaoxue, and Ni Polu to recover at Cibi Water Palace.
