Qin Lu led the Qin Clan through the conquest of East Extreme Heaven, the expansion of its power, and a coordinated assault sparked by Jing Ke. After forging his Dao Foundation, Qin Lu killed Jing Ke, strengthened the Tai'e Sword, and emerged to turn the battle against the invaders.

• Qin Lu conquered the Golden Saber Sect and joined forces with Ancestor Blood Cry to destroy the Flood Dragon Sea Immortal Sect, then divided its inheritance and spoils with the Devil Cultivators.
• Qin Lu returned to the Qin Clan, developed his King Wood Dao, and oversaw the clan’s expansion while Qin Xiao organized its government and military.

Qin Lu consolidated the Qin Clan’s rule, strengthened its cultivation base, and brought new allies and territories under its influence. The arc ended with the Hundred Lineages Grand Competition underway and Qin Mingzheng defeating Tong Hu in the second round.

After surviving and uncovering the infiltration, Qin Lu kept the danger secret while the Qin Clan grew and strengthened its alliance with the Nangong Clan.

• Qin Mingzheng won the tournament’s matches and defeated Bai Pengzhan in the final, while Qin Minghan took first place in the Northern Province gathering and Qin Mingyuan gained the pagoda’s teachings.
• Nangong Qinghong persuaded Qin Lu and Gao Xiong to join him in finding a secret realm, and the three traveled north and opened the Boundless Mystic Realm with a jade ring.
• Nangong Qinghong revealed himself as a Frost Demon, killed Gao Xiong, and attacked Qin Lu, who survived by preserving his soul and hiding underground with Qing Centipede and Flower Princess.
• Qin Lu found the Frost Demon Second Elder refining captured cultivators into a pill, then returned to his body as the Second Elder faced a heavenly tribulation and died beneath its final lightning strike.
