A genius, someone hailed as a genius, generally began to distinguish himself in his youth, displaying exceptional talent and all manner of qualities that set him apart from other youths.

This was even more true on the path of cultivation. Of those who achieved great things and became powerhouses at the very top, the vast majority displayed extraordinary talent when they were young, far surpassing their peers and rarely meeting a match. Thus, family elders and sect experts paid particular attention to those who stood at the forefront in their youth, because they were very likely to become top-tier, influential figures several decades later.

Some people were quite strong, but because they were older, they received far less attention than those who were both strong and young. What mattered was potential!

That was also why Cass, who had reached the Peak of the Warrior of the Ninth Rank at forty, could indeed be considered a genius at that rate. There were even rumors that he would reach the Saint Domain within ten years, becoming a Saint Domain expert at fifty. Of course, this era was not the later part of the original story. By Linley's time, monstrous talents were everywhere, with Olivier, the Barker brothers, Wharton, and the other Four Ultimate Warriors making their appearances. None of them had been born yet.

But that did nothing to dampen Luo Feng's enthusiasm. He longed for battle and longed for strength, so whether they were geniuses or not, he would challenge them all in turn. It was just that he was not strong enough yet and was not qualified to challenge Saint Domain experts.

"Cass, I've heard your name! A Peak of the Warrior of the Ninth Rank at forty, and there are even rumors that you can reach the Saint Domain by fifty!!" Luo Feng smiled faintly, his eyes bright as he looked at the two brothers. He walked up to Cass and stood there quietly as he spoke.

"Haha, now you're making me feel embarrassed! I've never heard of you, though!" Cass said casually.

Luo Feng did not get angry. Instead, he smiled faintly. His white teeth gleamed in the diffused light. A seemingly radiant smile appeared on his handsome face. But a violent aura surged out in all directions like a roiling sea, battering the surrounding buildings like great waves.

"You don't know me? That's all right. Your brother knows me. Since you don't know me, fine, you'll get to know me today. From today onward, you'll remember me forever," Luo Feng said calmly, looking Cass in the eye.

As soon as he said this, everyone present understood what he meant.

The young, handsome man, with his overwhelming aura and composed bearing, radiated an attraction like the sun and gave the burly men and young women in the tavern a powerful shock. The women could not help making eyes at him, their gazes fixed on him as though glued in place. The burly men, meanwhile, stared dumbfounded at the young man facing the genius Cass.

Luo Feng felt no fear at all. Instead, he was filled with a fervent desire to fight! A peak Warrior of the Ninth Rank, with one foot in the Saint Domain-the thought alone made his blood boil. He was simply the perfect opponent.

"Pff! Pff!"

Without warning, a fist shadow full of hatred shot out from behind Cass. Luo Feng frowned and flashed backward. A lightning-fast burst of fist force passed silently in front of him, then vanished without a trace.

In an instant, Luo Feng evaded Kasuo's punch with a movement that was almost like teleportation. This was the Rhythm of the Wind. Over short distances, Luo Feng merged completely with the wind, graceful and without form or shape.

Kasuo stood beside his elder brother, looking delighted, as though he had seen his savior. He pointed at Luo Feng and said, "Big brother, he's the one who bullied me. It was him a few days ago! Big brother, you have to avenge me!"

After Kasuo spoke, the young man stared straight at Luo Feng, and Luo Feng stared right back at him. Their gazes clashed in the air, striking sparks again and again.

A kick shot out, sending Kasuo flying from behind Cass. He landed on one knee, blood dripping constantly from the corner of his mouth. "If you don't want to die, keep quiet. You have no place to speak here." Luo Feng's cold voice echoed throughout the tavern.

"My name is Cass Del. The one you just kicked was my younger brother," the man said calmly.

Ignoring the stunned onlookers and Kasuo's hateful glare, Luo Feng looked straight at Cass. "Well? Do you want to avenge your brother? I'll wait for you outside the city in three days. What do you say? Be there."

"You'll remember me forever, kid. I believe this will be a memory you'll never forget for the rest of your life," the man said with a smile, though there was a trace of cruelty in it.

"Is that so? I believe this will be a memory I'll never forget for the rest of my life," Luo Feng said with a faint smile. For a moment, the two men stared at each other.

At that instant, everyone felt their scalps tingle and a chill creep down their backs. They all regretted retreating so slowly just now. The two men in the room were clearly freaks who could not be judged by common sense. With their auras unleashed, they were not people the onlookers could withstand.

"Tell me your name. Whatever else may be said, you're qualified to fight me. I'll remember my opponent's name," Cass said indifferently.

"Luo Feng. I believe I'll leave you with a very deep impression," Luo Feng said. "Well? Do you accept my challenge for three days from now or not?"

"I've seen many people like you who try to become famous in one stroke by challenging me. But I advise you to know your own limits. Don't make yourself regret it for the rest of your life over a little fame," Cass suddenly said with a contemptuous smile.

"Fame? Heh, perhaps. Whether you think I'm doing it for fame or something else, what do you say? Do you dare accept?" Luo Feng replied.

"Since you want to die, I'll grant your wish. Don't worry, I'll pay you back tenfold for the harm you did Kasuo. I hope you'll still have the courage to say those words then." Cass looked at his younger brother's wretched state.

"Is that so? I'll be waiting. Of course, it's still anyone's guess who'll be carried back lying down in the end, isn't it?" Luo Feng said with a smile.

"Haha, kid, you're dead! You've made my big brother angry. You're the first person in years who's managed to do that. You're going to die a horrible death, haha!" Kasuo, kneeling to one side with his mouth full of blood, was still yapping away.

Luo Feng could not be bothered to look at him again. "You only reached the Peak of the Warrior of the Ninth Rank at forty. I don't see what's so genius about that. Honestly, it's really quite poor. Still, you've interested me enough to fight you. Enough talk. See you in three days, and we'll see who comes back lying down."

Luo Feng's words were full of hostility and utterly arrogant. An uproar immediately broke out among the onlookers, and everyone grew excited once more. Was another good show about to begin?

"Cass, outside the city in three days. Be there." Luo Feng's voice drifted slowly through the tavern, leaving a crowd of dumbfounded drinkers behind.
