Insect Mother: Another Sequence Wonder

Whew!

Realizing his emotions were slipping out of control, Jiang He was startled. He took several deep breaths and forced himself to calm down.

In his previous life, he had suffered endless oppression without mutating into a Mutant Beast.

That alone showed how strong his self-control was!

"Everything has to move forward. Now that Liu Lu and those people are dead, I've had my revenge!"

Putting those troubling matters out of his mind, Jiang He crouched down and reached into the opening.

He checked the temperature inside.

Once he found it had reached a tolerable level, he waited no longer and leaped into the cave.

The drop in temperature meant that the oxygen concentration in the nest had recovered enough to support him in battle!

That was the real reason Jiang He had waited all this time!

Although his body was no longer like an ordinary person's, he still needed oxygen to stay alive...

After entering and looking around the cave, Jiang He was momentarily stunned!

In his experience, Undying Insects fed on carrion and liked dark, damp places, so their nest should have been disgusting too!

This time, the Insect Mother had no chance to react before the flames Jiang He controlled set both pairs of its wings alight.

In mere moments, both pairs of its thin, translucent wings were gone.

"Squeak~ squeak~"

The Insect Mother shrieked again, but this time the sounds were distinctly different from before, more like howls of pain!

Its enormous body fell onto the debris-covered ground, kicking up a cloud of dust.
