The Villains Ransack a Home
"I'm so sorry, Lady Shalria. I have a mission to attend to, or I would really love to visit your residence..."
Flora smiled as she picked Shalria up, letting her shamelessly snuggle against her chest.
A certain bitter losing dog grumbled inwardly:
Flora, we all know each other well. Can't you be a little more sincere?
If I remember right, a violent woman like you usually calls yourself "this old lady"!
Lu Ye glared at Charlos. Little Char, don't think such rude things!
Shalria was already wriggling like a maggot, a lustful grin plastered across her face. "Heh... hehehe... Longinus is so mean, working poor, delicate Big Sister Flora so hard. I hate Longinus the most..."
Lu Ye raised an eyebrow.
Xia Sea Dog, I'm still standing right here!
Besides, your delicate Big Sister Flora could slap you to death. They'd need a vacuum cleaner to clean up the remains.
When a newly minted sea dog met a veteran player, all it took to tame her was a simple embrace...
The ancients had not lied to him. Broad-chested people really were terrifying.
Just then, Pucout appeared at the intersection, a stunned look on his face.
Afraid of running into Lu Ye, Pucout had deliberately taken a detour. Yet when he got home, he found the lunatic blocking his front door.
Fuck, are you really that diligent?
Before Pucout could turn and flee, Charlos's cloying voice rang out. "Ehehehe... Longinus, this is the guy who was talking badly about you!"
Shalria also raised her head and chimed in, blushing, "That's right, Your Highness Longinus. Idiot Charlos and I heard him with our own ears."
Lu Ye shot Shalria a sidelong glance and snorted.
Shalria looked at Lu Ye's handsome face, then, torn, buried her head in Flora's chest again and muttered under her breath:
"Longinus's good looks, Flora's figure... it's really so hard to choose!
If only Longinus could grow breasts like Flora's someday!"
Lu Ye did not hear Shalria's wish. Otherwise, he would have beaten the little sweetheart into a puddle of sweet bean paste...
Pucout, who stood nearly five meters tall, darted his little eyes around several times. His massive body fell to its knees with a crash, and he pressed his forehead to the ground, speaking in a muffled voice:
"Daddy Mad King! I didn't know any better before. Please, you must forgive me!"
Charlos froze, then scratched his cheek, wondering if someone had slipped something into his food.
Was this how things were supposed to go?
The fat uncle had been so defiant before, lying in bed and shouting for revenge, saying he would complain to the knights. All I did was come out for a snack...
And the fat uncle has acknowledged his enemy as his father?
Lu Ye patted Pucout on the head. "That's the right way to admit you're wrong. Whatever you do, I'll forgive you. Call me Sixth Master. From now on, Sixth Master will have your back!"
"Sixth Master..."
Pucout pouted aggrievedly and tried to kiss the back of Lu Ye's hand, just as the kingdom nobles had once done to him when he toured the four seas.
But Lu Ye suddenly reached out and grabbed the gold cross pendant that had slipped out from around Pucout's neck, looking horrified-
No wonder I've kept feeling something was missing. How long has it been since I offered incense to Guan Yu?
Lu Ye ripped the pendant off and stuffed it into his pants pocket, making Pucout roll his eyes in pain.
Charlos muttered, "Longinus, you're the third in line. Why do you call yourself Sixth Master? That's weird..."
Lu Ye stood up and said casually, "There are six Five Elders. Isn't that common knowledge? The five old men are getting on in years, so I have to be sixth."
Pucout straightened up with an awkward smile. Even kneeling, he was still taller than Lu Ye, whose head did not reach his chest.
"Sixth Master, then can I... heh heh, can I go now?"
"Go on..."
"Thank you, Sixth Master! You're so kind, Sixth Master! Please, get back to your smithing... Huh? Sixth Master, why are you following me?"
"Hand over all your gold!"
Half an hour later.
Pucout looked at the mountain of gold, his heart twisting with pain. Apart from the solid gold toilet, every gold object had been looted, and even the bed frame had been dismantled...
This lunatic really is strong!
Pucout pulled a long face and complained aggrievedly:
"Sixth Master, you just said you'd have my back. Why are you robbing me too?"
"If you don't pay protection money, why should I help you when someone else bullies you? Just because you keep calling me Daddy?"
Pucout twitched his large, bulbous red nose. Other than you, no one's ever bullied me in the Holy Land...
Lu Ye rubbed his chin nearby, lost in thought.
These vermin really are rich! Even their toilets are solid gold!
Compared to them, my bargain-bin parents are practically paupers. Their toilet is only gold-plated...
Don't get the wrong idea! I didn't bite it. I pried it open with my hands.
Presumably, it would also be hard for that somewhat weak-willed couple to hold on to their share of the Heavenly Tribute.
Guan Yu, Officer Lu, who admires you immensely, will build you a ninety-nine-meter-tall golden statue in this land of sin to atone for his past life!
Fucking solid gold!
"Pucout, do you have any other friends?"
"Augustus..."
"Not counting him. Any who are alive?"
Pucout shuddered. "Sixth Master, you're not going to rob them, are you?"
"Watch your mouth!"
Lu Ye rolled his eyes and waved his little hand.
"I'm going to be the man who can protect more people than anyone else in this Holy Land!
You seem like a decent fellow, so I'm willing to start collecting protection money from your friends.
Hmm-forget it!
I'll start with you thirty-odd punks who don't know to respect your elders or care for the young, and even snitched on me.
Think about it. When the third proposal is put into effect, how many people will jump out and come after you?
Without a big brother to protect you, can you hold out?"
Pucout bit his fingertip and shivered all over. "Sixth Master, please save us!"
Lu Ye thumped his chest and spoke with boundless righteousness:
"Sixth Master values loyalty above all else. Once you've paid, we're family.
From today on, our organization will be called the Villains. Whoever beats you up, Sixth Master won't just help you beat them back, he'll rob them of all their gold too!"
You just said "rob" yourself, didn't you?
Pucout cast a reluctant glance at his gold and said generously:
"Sixth Master, come with me. I'll lead the way!"
Lu Ye waved a hand, telling Hoffman to have the CP Agents move the gold on the ground back to Homing's residence. He also told Sullivan to find a few of the most skilled goldsmiths.
The first stop was the home of Lawrence, the bent stick insect.
The moment Lawrence saw Pucout, he eagerly started to rise. "My dearest friend Pucout, that little bastard..."
Gulp-
He swallowed a large mouthful of saliva.
He also cut off and swallowed the second half of his greeting-"Is your back feeling better after that little bastard hurt it?" His thoughts raced, and he quickly changed his tune.
"I stewed that little bastard into soup and finished every drop. It was incredibly delicious! Oh, we have a guest?"
Lawrence put on a surprised expression and rubbed his hands, his triangular eyes full of flattery.
"Oh my! Daddy, why didn't you let your humble servant know you were coming to visit my residence?"
Lu Ye smiled. "Was that little bastard soup really so good?"
The corner of Lawrence's mouth twitched. "It... it really was..."
Lu Ye nodded calmly and patted Lawrence on the shoulder. "Then send me some later. If it doesn't taste good... I'll squeeze your swim bladder right out of you!"
Lawrence's face stiffened, and he looked as though he had lost his parents.
Lu Ye clapped his hands and ordered, "Pucout, go explain things to Lawrence. Hoffman Squad, come with me to ransack the place... Ah, no, collect protection money!"
The next second, a solid gold wall sconce was yanked out and crumpled into a ball with a grinding creak.
