Koki, reborn as Uchiha Fugaku’s eldest son, befriended Itachi, Shisui, and Obito while urging the Uchiha to address their growing conflict with Konoha through unity and reform. After Fugaku began carrying out Koki’s plan, the four boys shared a barbecue dinner as Shisui noticed an unusual gathering of ninja nearby.
Koki helped Hatake Sakumo survive the rumors that had once driven him to suicide, while building closer bonds with Kakashi, Obito, Shisui, Itachi, and Might Guy. As the Uchiha’s conflict with Konoha’s leadership intensified and Koki drew Root’s attention, the arc ended with Koki spotting a hidden figure outside Itachi’s room.
Koki helped Kakashi and Obito find a place in the Uchiha household while comforting Itachi through frightening dreams of the clan’s destruction. Itachi resolved to protect those he loved, and Koki was told to resume his training the next day.
Koki trained with Shisui and Kakashi, while his closeness with Itachi and Shisui stirred jealousy and worry. Shisui confronted his feelings for Koki and, when Koki returned from training, rushed to embrace him.
Koki helped the Uchiha Clan win public support during a confrontation with Konoha’s Anbu, while Hiruzen stripped Danzo of the Military Police Force and Danzo turned against the Uchiha. Koki and Obito then set out for Obito’s date with Rin, but their journey was delayed by Koki’s kindness and a series of encounters.
After Danzo ordered an attack on Koki, Koki fought the masked assailant and was gravely wounded while saving Obito. Koki survived surgery but remained unconscious, as Obito and the Uchiha clan faced the aftermath and sought answers about the attack.
After Danzo’s attack left Koki comatose, the Uchiha confronted Konoha’s leadership while Kakashi and Sakumo moved against Danzo. Koki awakened with a new system and Tsunade’s help, and the arc ended with Danzo dead and Koki recovering in the hospital.
Fugaku exposed Danzo’s crimes and forced sweeping changes to Konoha’s leadership, while Koki recovered among friends and family. Years later, Koki’s life at the Academy brought new ambitions, and Shisui began helping him pursue early graduation.
Koki’s birthday brings friends and family together, while Kabuto’s talent draws Tsunade and Orochimaru into a contest to teach him. Itachi awakens his Sharingan, and Koki is left fearing for his brother’s health as Sakumo comforts him.
Koki passed an early graduation assessment with Shisui, and Minato became their team’s teacher alongside Hayate as war loomed. The team cleared a month of D-rank missions, declined a Chunin Exam recommendation, and Koki began training in the Body Flicker Technique.
Koki’s escort mission to the Land of Fire became a battlefield after Madara’s scheme drew Konoha into conflict with Iwagakure and Kumogakure. The arc left Minato facing Yugito in her Tailed Beast Transformation while Koki led a Kumogakure ninja away from the fight.
Koki helped Konoha survive attacks from rival villages before traveling to the Land of Rain, where he found Nagato, Yahiko, Konan, and the surviving Akatsuki in desperate straits. After Koki fed and cared for them, Nagato confronted his traumatic memories, and Yahiko persuaded him to go outside rather than suffer alone.
Koki comforted Nagato and encouraged Akatsuki to build a better future for the Land of Rain, then confronted Danzo alongside Tsunade and Shizune. After Sasori saved Koki and treated Shizune, Koki awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan and Susanoo, while Orochimaru’s summoning escalated the battle.
Koki helped bring Danzo down, returned to a Konoha shaken by political unrest, and joined Minato on a mission to Rōran. After the Ryūmyaku’s seal carried him into the past, Koki found a wounded young Sasori in the desert.
Koki’s time among the Uchiha deepened his bonds with Madara and Izuna, while he rescued Tobirama and helped bring the Uchiha and Senju toward peace. The arc ended with Madara and Hashirama agreeing with Koki’s proposal to build a village where their people and children could be safe.
