She balances ambition with caution. Although willing to support unusually old Soul Ring choices, she examines Ning Buhui’s physique, warns him about remnant consciousness attacks, and insists that he stabilize his foundation after rapid advancement. Bibi Dong first appears through her portrait in Nuoding City’s Spirit Hall. When Ning Buhui later arrives before her in Pope Hall, she questions him about his orphaned background, Ning Clan origins, Innate Full Soul Power, and mutated pagoda Martial Soul. After he declares that he will follow whoever makes him stronger, she accepts him as her disciple and publicly extends her protection to him 2 6.

Whale Rubber and Spirit Hall Reform

At Ning Buhui’s request, Bibi Dong obtains 10,000-year Whale Rubber and privately supervises his three-dose refinement. She confirms the resulting improvement in his constitution and personally accompanies him to obtain an unusually old first Soul Ring 8 10 11.

After he succeeds, she convenes Spirit Hall’s senior figures to review his method. She classifies it as a highest-level internal secret, restricts access to core disciples and top training ranks, centralizes allocation, and forbids private purchasing and stockpiling. The subsequent Mission Hall exchange system ties access to mission points, encouraging disciples to gain field experience 15 24.

When he disappears during a later training journey, Bibi Dong studies intelligence concerning a sealed ancient formation and concludes that he probably entered a secret realm. Tournament Preparations

For Ning Buhui’s first planned tournament entry, Bibi Dong supplies the academy’s selection rules but requires him to qualify through his own performance. She also warns him that chief examiner Golden Crocodile Douluo is perceptive and unlikely to overlook tricks 64.

Ning misses that tournament while trapped in the secret realm; Bibi Dong informs him afterward that Spirit Hall won.
