After leaving the aquarium, Aemeath and Xiao Ling had lunch at a Shaxian snack shop before heading straight to their next date destination—the movie theater.

Upon arriving at the cinema entrance, Aemeath took out her ticket purchase record, verified it at the front desk, and immediately pulled Xiao Ling to the popcorn stand.

"Large or small popcorn?" Xiao Ling took out her phone to scan the QR code and start ordering. "Would you like ice in your cola?"

"Large popcorn, please! And ice in the cola, of course!" Aemeath said in a light tone, "Iced cola tastes so much better!"

After placing the order and completing the payment, Xiao Ling asked Little Ai while waiting, "By the way, what movie did Little Ai order?"

"Well, that's a secret. You'll find out when you get to the theater," Aemeath said with a grin.

Seeing that there was no way to get any information out of Aemeath, Xiao Ling had no choice but to give up. After taking their popcorn and cola from the front desk, they headed towards the movie theater.

There were few people in the movie theater, but quite a few couples, and every couple was having the standard popcorn and iced cola.

Aemeath chose a seat right in the center of the theater, and she excitedly pulled Xiao Ling to sit down in the chosen spot.

"Now you can tell me what movie we're going to watch today, right?"

"If I said I picked a horror movie today, would A-Yu be so scared that you run out of the theater?" Aemeath gave a sly smile in the dim light.

"Sister Ai, please let me go... I'm easily frightened. I used to have nightmares whenever ghost stories were told to me when I was little," Xiao Ling said with a long face.

"Okay, just kidding. I picked a family-friendly movie, Frozen." Aemeath then revealed the movie she had chosen for today. "This is the second one. I've already seen the first one myself. What about A-Yu?"

I watched the first one a long time ago, but I still remember the general plot. I haven't watched the second one.

"That's perfect," Aemeath said with a smile. "We're at the same pace, so A-Yu can watch it with me!"

"Hmm." Xiao Ling gently rubbed the pink fluffy ball of fur.

As the movie began, Xiao Ling and Aemeath remained silent, joining the other audience members in immersing themselves in the film's plot.

The atmosphere in the movie theater was great; everyone was quietly enjoying the film and paying attention to the plot.

Xiao Ling munched on popcorn, watching the emotionally charged dialogue in the film with a sense of boredom, but inwardly felt nothing.

Admittedly, he wasn't a big fan of this kind of movie, but Aemeath liked it, so he was happy to watch it with Aemeath.

He rarely focused his attention on the plot of the movie; he spent most of his time looking at Aemeath's profile.

Her beautiful eyes reflected the screen, her emotions rising and falling with the plot—joy, sadness, anger, sorrow—these emotions danced across Aemeath's face, making her truly feel alive.

Xiao Ling naturally thought that Little Ai was incredibly cute right now, so...

Smack

Aemeath, who was focused on the plot, suddenly felt a wetness on her cheek. She turned her head and saw Xiao Ling grinning at her before turning her gaze back to the screen and comfortably munching on popcorn.

Aemeath turned her face away without making a sound, her cheeks already flushed with shyness.

But she was a little unconvinced, so she decided to find a way to turn the tables.

Then, Xiao Ling's right hand, which was lying flat, was covered by Aemeath's delicate hand.

Xiao Ling paused for a moment, then simply smiled helplessly, before taking Aemeath's outstretched right hand in his own hands, the kind where the fingers are connected to the heart.

Well, that's it. Little Ai, who was hoping to turn the tables, has been outmaneuvered again, and her cheeks are even redder.

However, neither of them let go of the other's hand after that, until the end of the movie.

Amusement park.

"A-Yu, come quick! Bumper cars!" Aemeath excitedly pulled Xiao Ling to the bumper car area.

After watching the movie, this was the last stop on their date.

"Why do you act like you've never seen bumper cars before?" Xiao Ling casually remarked.

Then Aemeath suddenly tapped him on the forehead.

"A-Yu, you silly goose!" Aemeath, looking at Xiao Ling was rubbing his forehead, and said unhappily, "A date! A date! How can you say something so discouraging to a girl like this!"

"Okay, okay, it's my fault, it's my fault~" Xiao Ling raised her hands in surrender.

"Oh no! There's no time! Hurry up, A-Yu, the bumper cars are about to be full!"

Noticing that the bumper car area was almost full, Aemeath quickly pulled Xiao Ling in, and they ended up being the last group to enter.

Little Ai immediately got into the driver's seat, and Xiao Ling also consciously sat in the passenger seat.

"Do you have a driver's license?" Xiao Ling asked.

"Uh... I didn't. Do I need to take a qualification test to play bumper cars?" Aemeath's face suddenly stiffened as she fastened her seatbelt.

"Oh, it's nothing, I was just asking."

"Ah! Yu!"

Just as Aemeath was about to teach Xiao Ling a lesson, she heard the game's start alarm, gave him a look that said she'd settle the score with him later, and then threw herself into the game.

Bumper cars, as the name suggests, involve bumping into each other.

Little Ai's gameplay is quite Western, mainly involving reckless charging and crashing into anyone who bumps into her, much like the National Taiwan University Games.

(Although her strength in the game is quite high, it's just luck.)

If you ask Xiao Ling, who's sitting next to her, what he thinks, he'll tell you that at least his girl had fun.

When it was Xiao Ling's turn to drive, he turned the bumper car into a race car, aiming to dodge every single car without getting hurt. Throughout the entire game, he didn't even scratch a single other car.

"A-Yu, that's not how you play!" After the game ended and they left the field, Aemeath said to Xiao Ling righteously, "Bumper cars are more fun if you're going to bump into each other!"

"I just don't have a driver's license, otherwise I would have taken you for a spin in my sports car to the beach," Xiao Ling said helplessly. "For now, we can only satisfy our craving for bumper cars."

"Oh, okay," Aemeath smiled. "Then you'd better hurry up and get your driver's license so you can take me for a drive!"

"OK."

"Then it's settled!" Aemeath said with a beaming smile. "There's a carousel up ahead, let's go there and rest for a bit!"

Xiao Ling and Aemeath went on many rides at the amusement park, including the carousel, roller coaster, and log flume.

However, before riding the roller coaster Hajiling was a hundred times unwilling, after all, that thing was really exciting, and you really felt like your soul was chasing you as you ran ahead.

If it weren't for Little Ai's coquettishness and affectionate advances, he really wouldn't have been willing to take the risk. In the end, even heroes can't resist the charms of a beautiful woman, Xiao Ling could only agree to go up and sit once. As a result, when he came down, his face was pale and his legs were weak, looking like his soul had been drained.

Incidentally, the two of them tacitly avoided going to the haunted house, because their mental fortitude wasn't so bad that they would be scared by it.

As the sun set, Aemeath and Xiao Ling finally arrived at the last stop of their journey.

Inside the Ferris wheel.

Aemeath gazed quietly at the distant sunset glow, its brilliant crimson gold reflected in her eyes.

"It's so beautiful..." Aemeath exclaimed, then smiled brightly at Xiao Ling, "I love it here!"

"I'm glad you like it." Xiao Ling nodded with a smile.

Aemeath nodded slightly and looked out of the Ferris wheel. Xiao Ling quietly watched her profile, and the two remained silent for a moment.

"Hey, A-Yu, do you know the three most popular dating spots?"

"Aquarium, movie theater, Ferris wheel," Xiao Ling replied without hesitation. "Why are you asking about that?"

"Wood..." Aemeath muttered, her face slightly flushed.

"I'm so happy today, A-Yu!" Aemeath said softly, her voice full of joyful laughter.

"As long as you're happy."

"You know perfectly well I don't want to hear that kind of answer!" Aemeath pouted, seemingly genuinely angry. "I want to know if you had a good day!"

"It's just a matter of whether you had a good day or not," Xiao Ling chuckled.

He stood up and stood beside Aemeath, the setting sun casting a dazzling golden glow on his profile.

"For me, every time I see your genuine smile, it makes me feel a little happier today than yesterday."

Regardless of the occasion, the time, or my emotions, just seeing you standing in front of me and smiling at me makes me happy.

"As long as you and everyone else are around, I will continue to be happy like this."

After she finished speaking, Aemeath didn't reply for a long time, which made Xiao Ling feel a little embarrassed.

"Oh dear... I guess I'm not really suited for this kind of sentimental stuff, right, Little Ai..." Xiao Ling scratched his face sheepishly and turned to face Little Ai.

Then, his words came to an abrupt halt, and Aemeath silenced them with a passionate kiss.

She was young and naive, but her passionate feelings were also overflowing, allowing Xiao Ling to truly feel her sincere love.

Without further hesitation, he pulled Little Ai's slender waist into his arms.

At the highest point of the Ferris wheel, a young man and woman stamped each other's seals under the sunset, vowing that they could never have each other.
