Background / History

Life on Solaris

Aemeath was raised by Rover, who insisted that she finish her homework and sword practice before playing games with her. Camellya remembers her as the little girl Rover took in, while Cartethyia recognizes her standing as the Black Shores’ young lady 53 101 291.

At Star Torch Academy, she began publishing songs as Wooly. Her first upload initially attracted no attention, leaving her so disappointed that she nearly cried. An enthusiastic first comment encouraged her to continue, and subsequent releases gained listeners who formed a fan club and spread her music throughout the academy 18 197.

An accident left her an electronic ghost whom others could not observe. She performed the academy’s school song at graduation without an audience able to see or applaud her, and she did not receive her graduation certificate. The missed performance remained a personal regret for twenty years 209.

Her history also includes a sacrifice to preserve Lahai-Roi. A later stage reenactment depicts her entering Exostrider space to complete a closed causal loop, despite Rover’s warning that she would be exiled beyond the gate. Before crossing into the new world, she remembers Aleph-1 being driven away and her own return to Lahai-Roi from beyond the Tethys Gate 18 207.

Arrival in the New World

Aemeath appeared in an unfamiliar alley with her physical body restored and her Resonance Power suppressed. Grandma Lin dispersed the crowd surrounding her, offered her an apartment, and became her first source of protection. Aemeath concealed the extraordinary parts of her background and introduced herself as someone from a distant place 18.

She helped the neighbors with everyday work while saving for a phone. Grandma Lin gave her a new one instead, allowing Aemeath to investigate the world, create an electronic identity through data interference, and restart her singing career. Her first casually uploaded song sample attracted more than ten thousand followers in just over an hour 18.

Aemeath subsequently gathered other displaced girls into her apartment: she fed Chisa when she was close to fainting from hunger, helped Lynae after a traffic violation, and found a distressed Sigrika at the zoo. She urged them not to search for Rover, fearing their arrival would disrupt the peaceful life of his ordinary counterpart, despite desperately missing him herself 13 18.

Chisa eventually contacted Xiao Ling, who came to take them home. His reassurance that their presence enriched his life broke through Aemeath’s self-imposed restraint. Before leaving, the girls shared a farewell meal with Grandma Lin and received food, gifts, and blessings from the alley residents 12 14 18.

School Life and Romance

Aemeath and the other girls began attending Xiao Ling’s school both because they missed school and because they wanted to accompany him. She sang with him at the music club and partnered with Lynae in badminton, overwhelming ordinary opponents during the sports festival 33 70 83.

Her affection for Xiao Ling became increasingly open. An early morning kiss left her so embarrassed that she fled his room and bumped into the doorframe. Later, after noticing signs of Roccia’s intimacy with him and learning that Dania accepted his other relationships, she insisted on a proper romantic date 40 114.

Their outing included an aquarium, Frozen, amusement-park rides, and a sunset Ferris-wheel kiss. That night, Aemeath firmly affirmed her feelings and became intimate with Xiao Ling. She later explicitly described them to Xiao Xue as lovers 115 116 117 214.

Concert and Graduation

During the Guangzhou trip, Aemeath performed “Starward’s Farewell” and organized a trio with Yangyang and Liang Yu for “Tale of the Azure Plume.” She divided the vocal parts and reassured the nervous Liang Yu that feeling mattered more than technique 148.

In the Magic City, she met Tarokiki, the singer behind Wooly’s voice. Singing “Indigo Universe” together convinced Tarokiki that she was the real Aemeath. They planned a joint performance, and Tarokiki named Aemeath’s new song about her peaceful life “Brand New Sky” 193 195.

The concert culminated in “Stellar Torch Never Extinguishes.” Wearing old-style Star Torch Academy uniforms, Aemeath and the other performers sang with the audience, finally giving her the applause and shared graduation performance she had missed. She closed by inviting everyone to face difficulties together and move from the past into tomorrow 209.

Martial Arts Tournament

At Xiao Ling’s home tournament, Aemeath challenged Rover to demonstrate her growth. Although unable to summon her Tacet Discord Armament, she unleashed sword attacks powerful enough to tear up most of the arena floor 291.

Rover repeatedly redirected her attacks and showed how their shared sword style could restrict an opponent’s options. After recognizing a finishing move she had taught Aemeath twenty years earlier, Rover acknowledged her as a guardian capable of standing on her own. Aemeath conceded the match but remained determined to win; Rover accepted that she might never abandon that desire 291.

Aemeath is affectionate, energetic, and openly playful. She greets friends with hugs, roughhouses with Lynae, and readily seeks head pats or kisses from Xiao Ling. Her enthusiasm can overwhelm quieter people, but she adjusts when told: after learning that Zhezhi was uncomfortable with close contact, she immediately stepped back and apologized 10 53 55 210.

Her consideration for others can become self-denial. She refused to seek Xiao Ling because she valued his presumed peace more than her own wish to reunite with him. Once reassured that she was welcome, she embraced their shared home wholeheartedly. She also shows practical attentiveness, caring for him during his flu and observing Dania’s fondness for cats while choosing a birthday gift 14 18 62 82.

Aemeath is strongly competitive, whether playing arcade games, badminton, or fighting Rover. She dislikes surrendering a chance to win, yet remains warm toward her opponents: after Dania finally defeated her at Tetris, she hugged her and offered to play together whenever she wanted 83 93 291.
