Meanwhile, Xu Xingyu led the Spirit Contract Pagoda through a contest for Dragon Valley, defeating the Anti-Spirit Alliance and leaving Yu Tianyu dead after the Heart of the Thunder Dragon consumed him.

• Zhongli Wu and the Holy Spirit Cult manipulated Huo Yuhao with Lan Ling’s story, and Huo Yuhao vowed to destroy the world’s hierarchy after deciding oppression created Evil Soul Masters.
• Huo Yuhao rampaged through the dungeon, killing captives but sparing Ling Luochen, while Zhongli Wu planned to use her death to prove Huo Yuhao’s loyalty.
• The Evil Eye Holy King offered Huo Yuhao his inheritance, and Huo Yuhao passed the first trial by choosing to forget Ling Luochen as she escaped with the other Shrek students.
• Xu Xingyu traveled to Dragon City, secured the Earth Dragon Sect’s Ten-Thousand-Year Profound Ice Cave, and challenged the Anti-Spirit Alliance to a three-match contest for Dragon Valley.
• Xu Xingyu and Ma Xiaotao tested their Battle Armor, and Ma Xiaotao defeated Qiangu Tianzhang’s Soul Power advantage in a fierce elders’ match that ended in a draw.
• Xu Xingyu defeated Yu Tianlong, and Ma Xiaotao and Qiangu Tianzhang’s draw led Di Tian and Yu Tianyu to settle Dragon Valley’s fate in the final match.
• Di Tian defeated Yu Tianyu after Yu Tianyu wielded the Heart of the Thunder Dragon and the Lightning Dragon Heavenly Fang Club, and the Anti-Spirit Alliance agreed to disband and surrender Dragon Valley and five True Dragon Soul Bones.

Xu Xingyu entered Dragon Valley and accepted the Dragon God’s trials, while his companions began their own examinations. At the Divine Dragon Pool, he claimed the Dragon Slaying Saber, fused it with the Thundering Hell Vine, and faced a Perfect Baptism and lightning tribulation as he attempted to condense a Soul Core.

• Yu Tianyu was manipulated and drained to death by the Lightning Dragon King, after which Xu Xingyu secured Dragon Valley for the Spirit Contract Pagoda and the Anti-Spirit Alliance disbanded under the treaty.
• Xu Xingyu treated Ma Xiaotao, who accepted his criticism and returned to her Vermilion Bird Trials, then led his companions to Dragon Valley.
• Dragon Valley’s Dragon Souls welcomed Xu Xingyu, where Gu Yuena embraced him and A Jin recognized him as the Starry Dragon Emperor and revealed the Star Dragon Trial Ground.

Xu Xingyu saved Wang Dong'er from Tang San's attempt to awaken Tang Wutong within her, while Tang San secretly opened a passage linking the Abyss Plane to Douluo. As the Abyss invasion erupted on Sea God Island, Xu Xingyu and Wang Dong'er flew to confront it, and Sea Dragon Douluo discovered another attack unfolding beneath the island.

• Xu Xingyu completed the Dragon God Trial's Second Trial, reached new levels of divine power, and named his fused Dragon Slaying Saber Abyss.
• Wang Dong'er completed the first stages of her Sea God trials, but Tang San planted a divine thought that awakened Tang Wutong in her Sea of Consciousness.
• Wang Dong'er fought Tang Wutong until Xu Xingyu arrived and stopped her from being killed, then sealed Tang Wutong's fabricated personality with Wang Dong'er's cooperation.
• Tang San stole temporary control of the Divine Realm Core and used the Abyss Demon King's remains to connect the Abyss Plane to Douluo.
• Xu Xingyu joined Wang Dong'er on Sea God Island, where they met Xiao Bai and discussed Bai Xiuxiu's path to becoming the Ice Dragon King.

Xu Xingyu defended Sea God Island from the Abyss invasion until three Supreme Gods sealed the rift, leaving him to prepare for its eventual reopening and a possible continental war. He then sought Electrolux's help with Wang Dong'er's divided soul and agreed to search for the treasures needed to treat her.

• The Spirit Emperor killed Sea Dragon Douluo and prepared an invasion under the Abyssal Sage King's orders to capture the Sea God's inheritor.
• The Abyss Emperors breached Sea God Island's protective array, and Xu Xingyu restored it before fighting the Spirit Emperor and Devil Emperor.
• Xu Xingyu killed the Spirit Emperor, Devil Emperor, and Blaze Emperor, but the Abyssal Sage King emerged and trapped him and Wang Dong'er.
• The God of Destruction, Goddess of Nature, and Xiao Wu sealed the rift, and Xu Xingyu negotiated a share of the Abyss Plane's energy.
• Xiao Wu approved cooperation with the Spirit Contract Pagoda, reconciled with Wang Dong'er, and revealed that Tang San had disappeared from the Divine Realm.
