Welcoming Tang Yin

Shi Mo and his brother helped welcome Tang Yin into the Imperial Fighting Team at the Drunken Immortal Pavilion. Sitting on either side of their new teammate, they enthusiastically ate, joined the welcoming toast, and teased Dugu Yan that Tang Yin could now help whenever her poison flared up 14.

Dual-Support Training

During Qin Ming’s attack-and-defense drill, Shi Mo served as the frontline shield and bore the brunt of Dugu Yan’s snake venom. Tang Yin and Ye Lingling treated him simultaneously, producing an unexpected resonance between their healing powers. The treatment healed the wound on his arm, left his skin faintly shining, and even softened his training calluses 15.

After spraining his arm during extra training, Shi Mo volunteered as the patient for the healers’ next coordination session. Their combined treatment developed into the Martial Soul Fusion Skill Jade Firmament Nine Hearts—All Things Grow, completely healing his arm and clearing the accumulated aches in his back and waist. He witnessed plants growing wildly throughout the treatment room before the healers collapsed from exhaustion. Qin Ming subsequently took him out of the room 16 17.

Year-End Competition

Shi Mo watched Tang Yin’s tournament performance with Yu Tianheng, betting that their junior teammate would finish a match within two moves rather than three. Following the first team’s undefeated year-end showing, he celebrated with his teammates and joked that Tang Yin was becoming scarier than their captain 20 21.

At the feast, Shi Mo and his brother enthusiastically supported Yu Tianheng’s pledge to win the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Elite Tournament together 22.

Suotuo City Expedition

The brothers were delighted to learn that Qin Ming would not accompany the team to Suotuo City, immediately anticipating greater freedom. They traveled under Yu Tianheng’s leadership, whistling at passing girls from the back of the carriage 28.

Before the match against Shrek, Shi Mo scoffed at the opposing academy’s reputation for accepting only “monsters.” He entered the arena alongside his brother and activated his Black Tortoise Martial Soul as the battle began 30 31.

Personality

Shi Mo is boisterous and playful, frequently joining his brother in loud cheers and teasing. He readily welcomes new teammates and expresses confidence in Tang Yin through friendly bets and exaggerated praise 14 20 21.

His appetite is a recurring joke: Dugu Yan warns that he will take all the chicken legs if they arrive late for dinner. Despite his relaxed behavior outside training, he also undertakes extra practice and willingly volunteers for healing exercises after injuring himself 16 19.
