Yan Zu built his strength through the Check-in System, awakened Twin Martial Souls, and brought Xiao Wu into his family before they moved to Nuoding City. At the academy, he challenged Yu Xiaogang’s teachings and began a dangerous training battle with Xiao Wu against a pack of simulated wolves.
Yan Zu builds the Dawn Project, deepens his bonds with Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong, and brings the group to Shrek Academy. After passing Zhao Wuji’s test, he challenges Shrek’s approach to strength and joins Oscar and Ning Rongrong in their assigned training.
Yan Zu broke with Shrek Academy after Tang San’s poisoned attack and led Xiao Wu, Ning Rongrong, Zhu Zhuqing, and Oscar to pursue their own training. The group built a winning team at the Soto Great Soul Arena and prepared to face the Heaven Dou Royal Team.
Yan Zu led the Dawn Team to Blue Tyrant Academy, where he became Liu Erlong’s disciple and helped her confront her past. He then treated Dugu Bo and Dugu Yan at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, purging their poison and triggering their Martial Soul evolutions before a notification sounded in his mind.
Yan Zu developed Soul Spirit contracts, strengthened his companions with pills, and helped expand Blue Tyrant Academy’s team. After restoring Ah Yin’s consciousness and bringing her with him, he returned to the academy as the group prepared for another Soul Hunt.
