The Findaer Clan's Wealth

The Findaer Clan was an enormous clan in the Dark God Plane. Its founder was a supreme expert of the Dark God Plane, a lord of the Sea of Shadows whose power and status were equal to those of the 108 Prefects of the Darkness Divine Realm.

At its height, the Findaer Clan had been an enormous clan with a presence throughout the Darkness Divine Realm. Rumors of the clan could be heard even in the Infernal Realm. No one had expected its patriarch to suddenly fall in the Planar Battlefield. Crucially, he had been one of the first Divine Beasts in existence to become a god and had no clones at all. With his death, the Findaer Clan had collapsed completely!

In the past, the despicable things the clan's descendants had done had earned them countless enemies. But their ancestor had protected them. He was the one and only super Divine Beast in all creation, the Annihilation Demonic Wolf, and a Sovereign's Emissary with a Sovereign Artifact. How could he have fallen so easily? No matter what, though, it could not change the fact that they were now being hunted down everywhere!

Like the Four Divine Beasts Clan in the future, the Findaer Clan was hunted and forced to flee across the world. And among these inconspicuous clan members was an unremarkable Highgod who had become a god by refining a Godspark!

Few people knew that this trash of a Highgod who had refined a Godspark was actually Hati, one of only two second-generation members of the Findaer Clan!

In that era, when the world had only just come into being and countless powerful figures vied for supremacy, no proper understanding had yet formed of splitting one's soul to become a god, the division and fusion of profound mysteries, or the advantages and disadvantages of becoming a god independently versus refining a Godspark. It was in this environment that Hati, eager to break through to the Highgod level, had refined a Godspark. As a result, his cultivation had made no progress for countless years, and he was merely a marginal figure in the Findaer Clan.

Yet after Fendal's sudden death, his most precious treasure remained hidden somewhere in the clan. It was the greatest secret of Fendal's life!

Only his two biological sons knew the secret: his eldest, Hati, and his second son, Skoll.

Fendal had fallen too suddenly. Skoll had been away at the time, and by the time he received word of his father's death, he dared even less to return to the clan's residence. So Hati had brought the treasure out. Hati himself was far too weak, and thus dared even less to reveal what made the treasure special. Besides, he was a marginal figure, so the hostile clans were not quite as relentless in hunting him. After all, only a handful of people knew who he was.

And so Hati had actually made it safely all the way to the Hell Plane! Yet shortly after arriving, he had been driven into a life-or-death predicament by a band of robbers and had finally been forced to use his last drop of Sovereign's Might! In that battle, he had succeeded in killing the robbers, but had also exposed his Sovereign's Might, attracting the chiefs of two nearby tribes!

"I'm a direct descendant of the Findaer Clan. You..." Hati's face showed nothing but despair. As a Highgod who had become a god by refining a Godspark, he was merely comparable to a Six-Star Fiend even with Sovereign's Might, much less now that he had no second drop.

Neither Nuoti nor Naiser was frightened by Hati's words. No matter how powerful the Findaer Clan was, it held sway only in the Darkness Divine Realm. If they killed him, seized his treasure, and found somewhere to hide, what could the Findaer Clan do? In the end, however, Nuoti was more forceful and struck first, slaughtering this very fat sheep!

After killing Hati, Nuoti discovered that he could indeed open the youngster's interspatial ring, and his face lit up with joy. He had made a windfall this time! Fortune truly favored the bold, while the timid went hungry. Since the youngster had no divine clone, the Findaer Clan was even less likely to know that Nuoti had killed him.

Of course, he later made a point of asking around about the Findaer Clan, only to learn that the once-mighty clan's glory days were long past and that it had already fallen apart.

Roughly fifty more days passed.

The two-month period was almost up. "Gentlemen, sorry to have kept you waiting. I'm truly sorry." Nuoti, who had not shown himself for a long time, finally appeared that day. Leading Rog and Dimont along with a host of tribal warriors aboard Metallic Lifeforms, he set out to attack the nearby Shadow Tribe! The Anluka Mountains stretched across an area a thousand li in radius. A full thousand li from the mountains, two Metallic Lifeforms flew side by side toward the Shadow Tribe. Both gigantic monsters were astonishingly large, yet they flew at an astonishing speed, producing tremendous sonic booms as they went. The piercing noise instantly rang throughout the Shadow Tribe, even waking the tribal warriors who were cultivating.

"Naiser, today is the day you die! Kill them!" At Nuoti's command, more than ten thousand tribal warriors flew out of the Metallic Lifeforms and charged toward the Shadow Tribe!

When these tribal warriors attacked together, their combined might was no joke. The Shadow Tribe's guards immediately formed battle formations to defend and counterattack, and in moments, countless warriors on both sides were killed or wounded...

But the outcome of the fight between these tribal warriors could not determine the course of the war. Rog and Dimont did not care whether these people lived or died. They were only concerned with dealing with the leaders in the rear; the fighting between the tribes ahead had nothing to do with them. For now, they were merely waiting for Nuoti's divine sense message, so they could go out and help deal with the enemy leaders when the time came.

Nuoti stood in midair, his face grim and expressionless. Though the battle below was brutal, he was like a reef amid the waves, unshakable. He merely watched it all coldly. Tribal warriors died one after another, but he did not care in the slightest.

"Nuoti!" Naiser said in a low voice. "You've gone too far! I haven't even come looking for trouble with you, yet you've come knocking on my door!" Naiser looked indignant. At least half the wealth that day should have been his. It was bad enough that Nuoti had broken the rules and kept it all for himself, but now he was turning the tables on him.

A werewolf beside him and another person, a beautiful woman with six arms dressed in a black robe, suddenly spoke up. "They've already come to attack us. What's the point of more talk? Let's fight!" A raspy voice abruptly rang out, and then the real battle began.

"Gentlemen, please lend me a hand!" Only after hearing Nuoti's divine sense message did Rog and Dimont charge with him toward the three people opposite them!

"Kill!" The werewolf expert seemed to cultivate the Laws of Wind and was extremely fast. With a whoosh, a streak of azure saber energy instantly tore across the sky, leaving ripples in space in its wake, ample proof of his considerable strength. "Bring it on!" Since their opponent relied on speed, Dimont would have had trouble fighting him, so Rog took the initiative to face the werewolf.

"Remember, the one who killed you was Yodewen!" The werewolf's methods were indeed rather strange. He had probably completely fused the profound mysteries of Windwalking and Fast and Slow, and was actually a little faster than Rog.

"Nuoti, even with two helpers, you can't do anything to us. I advise you not to be too greedy. Give us some of that man's wealth. Otherwise, we'll keep our eyes on you!" Naiser, a middle-aged man dressed in a black robe, said in a low voice. Although he did not know exactly how much wealth was in that Findaer Clan "direct descendant's" interspatial ring, he expected it was no small amount.

"Cut the nonsense. All of you will die today!" Nuoti had always been a conceited man. How could he possibly hand over the wealth because of a few words from his opponents? Besides, if he gave it up, where would he find enough money to refine Sovereign's Might? But if he killed Naiser and the other two, as well as those two Six-Star Fiends, all at once, he could presumably amass another considerable sum!

At that thought, the Cyclops narrowed his single vertical eye, a glint of cold light slipping from it. He shouted, "Die!"

"Nuoti, I really am no match for you in strength, but you want to kill me? Dream on!" Although Naiser was no match for him, he cultivated the Laws of Darkness, and the three profound mysteries he had fused were especially suited to keeping him alive.

"Give up, Nuoti!" Naiser produced only six shadow clones, but six clones were enough to confuse Nuoti. Moreover, he had also fused the profound mystery of Shadowspace. It might be easy for Nuoti to defeat him, but killing him was another matter!

"I killed him, and I took the interspatial ring. What gives you the right to a share? All of you, die!" As soon as he finished speaking, the two began to fight furiously.

Boom! Space trembled violently, and a terrifying shockwave spread in every direction. Dimont had blown apart the beautiful six-armed woman with just three punches!

"A member of the Naga Clan? You took three of my punches. You're no weakling!" Dimont's fists were simply too difficult to deal with. Unless his opponents knew about him beforehand, kept their distance, and avoided meeting him head-on, they would end up just like that woman of the Naga Clan!
