But Zhifo clearly does not accept the "one-third" result.

She didn't stop, but continued to squeeze the remaining power out of the magic array.

She meticulously recalculated the capacity of each array pattern, the loss of each energy circuit, and the critical point of collapse for each node.

Finally, she managed to squeeze out a sliver of remaining strength from the magic circle.

"We can catch another one!" Zhifo immediately said.

"Then pull the smallest one!"

Without hesitation, Su Ming set his sights on the small target at the very front.

A fifth spatial traction line popped out and entangled the opponent.

Su Ming's body surged with energy, and then he pulled downwards with both hands.

"Come over!"

On the Cloud Fang Fort side, the Bell Master gritted his teeth. Eleven orbs of light vibrated and moved forward in the spatial passage, successfully correcting their initial westward trajectory to land above Cloud Fang Fort.

After that, they pushed the buffer output of the magic circle to its maximum.

This "abnormal" event has brought far too many troubles to deal with.

With Su Ming sealing off the seas and various continents simultaneously cracking Plundering Clock branch, they could only operate on Water Chestnut Island.

The original landing point was too far off, and the number of people to guide the team was far beyond the limit.

The bell-ringer priest really wanted to curse.

Veins bulged on his forehead, and the bell-shaped phantom at the top of his scepter trembled incessantly. The array masters behind him were also pale-faced, their hands pressed against the array nodes, desperately trying to prevent the energy circuit from collapsing.

Just before the invaders were about to leave the spatial passage, a sudden change occurred.

It was as if an invisible hand suddenly reached out from the side of the passage and grabbed five of the orbs of light.

Prism Shadow and the four Legendary -level Quarter Hand were suddenly pulled off their original trajectories by that lateral force.

The five points of light trembled violently, their trajectories drawn in a blinding zigzag. They thus crossed the skies above Cloud Fang Fort and flew eastward!

"How could this be!" the bell-ringing priest exclaimed in shock. "Oh no!" Hairspring also instantly sensed something was wrong, "Quickly—"

He had intended to order the Prism Shadow and the others back.

But as soon as the words left her mouth, Hairspring realized she couldn't do it.

Our magic array was hastily modified on short notice, with only the correction of the western deviation taken into account.

It was not designed at all to handle lateral drag from the east side.

Therefore, they were powerless to do anything.

A group of priests and array masters of the Plundering Clock watched helplessly as Prism Shadow and the others were dragged away and plummeted far into the direction of the Eastern Continent.

"Damn Bone King!" Hairspring roared, his voice filled with blood.

"It's time to deploy the buffer formation!" Su Ming said.

Although 90% of the energy from the dimensional "gap" has been neutralized by the "main array" on Water Chestnut Island, the residual impact is still not to be underestimated.

Descending through a transdimensional portal is entirely different from falling from a normal height. It's not a fall of altitude, but a fall of the difference between worlds.

"Where's the buffer?!" Zhifo retorted, "I just poured all that energy into Snatch even more!"

Su Ming was taken aback.

"Won't this damage the supplies?"

"So what if it breaks?" Zhifo said matter-of-factly, "It's better than leaving it for the enemy!"

Zijin clapped her hands beside her.

"Indeed, she's a demon; she harms others without benefiting herself."

"This is called scorched earth policy, ensuring we never aid the enemy!" Zhifo immediately retorted.

In the sky, the five orbs of light have already broken free of the spatial passage.

They immediately trailed long, frictional flames behind them, like five shooting stars, as they plummeted at high speed toward the Immortal Spirit Peninsula.

The defensive energy of the outer layer of light was rapidly depleted under the dual tearing force of the residual vibrations in the air and space.

Zijin's eyes narrowed, and her expression immediately changed. "No, there are five life forms coming!"

Su Ming was greatly alarmed.

This time, Eden's "airdrop" wasn't supplies at all, it was living people!

"Very well." Su Ming gritted his teeth, "That bastard's Plundering Clock!"

He felt that the other side was doing it on purpose.

You're planning to Snatch supplies? Then I'll turn the tables on you and switch them out with a few people to give you a surprise!

But Su Ming still couldn't figure it out.

When this group lands, they'll have to bear the consequences of insufficient cushioning, right?

After all, falling from another dimension is no joke; such a fall is no laughing matter.

Is launching a surprise attack in this manner really worthwhile?

****

Despite his confusion, Su Ming quickly issued the command, "Get the first release on the website."

"Dispatch center, satellite system has locked onto the target's impact area and is providing continuous guidance!"

"The guards are to move out and prevent them from joining up!"

Those produced by Eden are at least Saint Rank.

But now is not the time to be stingy with casualties.

Su Ming's accompanying guard consisted of twenty people, along with twelve Magic Mechanical Hound. After the order was given, they split into two groups and rushed towards the two nearest landing points.

The Magic Mechanical Hound rushed out of the camp first.

Metal claws crushed grass and stones, the low-slung machine leaving trails of afterimages in the forest. The guards followed closely behind, weapons and shields deployed, their runic armor glowing faintly.

"C929's location?" Su Ming asked.

"Arriving soon!" the dispatch center staff reported.

"Assign them two targets," Su Ming said.

Two were handed over to the guards to hold them off. Two were handed over to the crew on C929.

Of the five goals, only the smallest one remains.

Boom!

Ahead in the forest, a small, Prism Shadow ball of light suddenly descended.

The shockwave ripped up large amounts of soil and broken branches, and dust rose from the forest, though not as dramatically as at the other impact points.

But the energy reaction emanating from there is the most concentrated.

Zijin stared in that direction, her expression grave.

"The remaining little guy is more than just Saint Rank being."

"How badly were you injured when you landed?" Su Ming asked.

Zhifo used a leaf as scratch paper, her little hands gripping a pen and calculating rapidly. Several hastily constructed symbols dangled at her feet, clearly indicating that even mental arithmetic wasn't fast enough for her.

A moment later, Zhifo gave his answer. "The energy intensity is still there, but the main body will be seriously injured, and its strength will decrease by about one-third."

"What if it's a phantom creature?" Zijin suddenly asked.

Zhifo paused in his movements.

"Pretty much," she replied. "Although the fairy spirits are light in 'weight,' their bodies are also very fragile."

"The opponent isn't afraid of gravity, but they'll still take full damage from dimensional jumps."

Su Ming nodded to indicate that he understood.

With this in mind, the temptation becomes quite great.

Or rather, he didn't really have many other options, unless he abandoned the entire Fairy Spirit Tribe and his guards to cover his retreat.

Otherwise, there is only one option: war!

Su Ming glanced at the dust rising from the forest and quickly made a decision.

"While they're still dazed and confused after their fall, let's go pull off a heist!"

Taiye over, followed by a large group of fairies. The elemental radiance on these fairies was exceptionally bright, clearly indicating that they were the elite fighting force of their tribe.

"This last one, must be the most troublesome enemy?" Taiye asked.

"Your Majesty, you must have heard what the target is, right?" Su Ming looked at her. "If my guess is correct, it is your ancestor—the Immortal Spirit."

Taiye merely raised her eyes slightly before returning to normal in an instant.

She gazed at the fallen forest, her voice clear and calm.

So what?

"Anyone who invades is my enemy!"

On the C929, Su Ming's instructions were quickly relayed.

The plane descended rapidly.

An electronic map was unfurled on the bulkhead, marking the locations of the five crashing targets in sequence. Two of these targets were assigned to the combat teams aboard the C929.

Everyone unpacked and began to arm themselves. Ruixiuli was the quickest to do so.

A black skeleton popped out of the suitcase and clung to his body like a living thing, several bone buckles snapping shut. A white bone sword landed in his hand, and the entire outfit was completed in just a few seconds.

"Annihilate two designated targets, prevent the enemy from gathering, and especially prevent them from coordinating their attacks."

He looked at the mission details.

"Once completed, assist the guards in eliminating the remaining enemy forces."

"If there's still room for maneuver, then join the boss battle."

Yise, on the other hand, still opted for his most commonly used sword-wielding set.

She fastened her wristband, secured the Stars · Cease Hostilities to her waist, and hung the Raven Key. Inside the key was a Rose Set, for different situations.

The Executioner, Zhapulai, donned leather armor, inserted two swords into his waistband, and secured spare swords to his sides and back.

He walked toward the hatch and was somewhat surprised to see that Leoni had also slung his longbow over his shoulder.

"Hey Icefield Nightmare, are you trying to stretch your muscles too?"

"Call me Uncle," Leoni said. "When I was making a living in the adventurer's world, you were still learning how to hold a knife steady." "Alright," Zhapulai grinned. "If you still have this much guts when facing the enemy later, then I'll call you Uncle."

Leoni shook his head.

"I won't stay with you."

He raised his hand, tightened the bowstring, then released it, and listened to the sound.

"I'd really like to see the legendary Eden Destiny Level."

Zhapulai's eyes narrowed instantly.

He couldn't help but take a second look at Leoni —this was no battle a former Saint Rank hunter who had fallen from his rank was qualified to participate in.

Leoni, at the very least, needs to regain the power he possessed during his prime.

Given his current state, forcing him to do this will only lead to one outcome.

Yise also looked at Leoni, his brows furrowing slightly.

She knew, of course, that Leoni was no weakling; even a weakened camel is bigger than a horse.

But to intervene in the Destiny Level battlefield? Zhapulai didn't try to dissuade him. There are all sorts of people who can survive in this world full of battles, but none of them are pretentious.

He simply turned his head and said:

"Yise, you stay with this uncle."

The Stars · Cease Hostilities in Yise's hands has the ability to intervene in the battle at crucial moments.

Even a moment's effort can change the outcome.

"Are the two of you alright?" Leoni asked instead. "Don't let anyone else slip through and interfere with the battle here."

"Just four Pseudo-Saint Rank," Ruixiuli said indifferently.

"For a short time, their energy level is equivalent to that of a true Saint Rank," Yise warned. "Be extremely careful."

Zhapulai smiled and raised his hand to press down on the handrail next to the hatch.

"You'd better watch yourselves; it's not certain who'll be worried about whom!"

The hatch opened.

The cold wind at high altitude rushed into the cabin, and the roar suddenly amplified. In the forest below, smoke and dust still lingered at several crash sites. Ruixiuli and Zhapulai were the first to jump out of the cabin.

The black skeleton deployed its auxiliary wings in mid-air, Ruixiuli's figure drew a clean arc as it headed straight for one of its targets.

Zhapulai, like a drawn sword, lowered his body and swooped down with the wind, following behind Ruixiuli.

"Are you using me as bait?" Ruixiuli said.

"Hehe, standard tactic."

Yise also stepped onto the edge of the hatch.

She glanced back at Leoni.

"Are you sure?"

"Don't worry," Leoni said, "I value my life above all else."

Yise looked incredulous and jumped down first.

Leoni also leaped forward, carrying his longbow.

"I can't bear to let my life end peacefully in the mundane routine of daily life," he said. The wind swallowed Leoni's declaration.

The two figures passed through the clouds and landed in the area where Prism Shadow was located.
