Arc 19The Shelling Plan
Su Ming maneuvered the Temple of Light and the Divine Covenant Faction into conflict while preparing his forces for war. The bombing of the Naga and the battle at Brown Gold Island exposed the Church’s corruption, but the Temple blamed Spirit Rain on Su Ming’s faction as unrest spread through its ranks.
- Puka offered the Temple of Light only one hundred Greatness pills a month unless it lifted the warrants against necromancers, while the Final Bone Mad Machines rescued fleeing necromancers and moved against the Seagull Chamber of Commerce.
- Su Ming continued developing Spirit Rain, investigated rocket disruptions caused by mirages, and prepared the Pansy, the H-6 WZ, and his forces for combat.
- Su Ming’s allies captured Naga attempting to sabotage the White River and discovered that King Xialike had likely hired them to steal super Crystal Dragon materials.
- Katharine declared Star Sand independent and launched a holy war against the Divine Covenant Faction, while Zijin exposed and defeated the traitors at Dawn Town.
- Su Ming lured the Temple fleet toward Brown Gold Island, then Miao Xin bombed the Naga army and Su Ming captured the Naga Queen.
- The Temple fleet attacked Brown Gold Island, but its Dragon-Breaking Cones malfunctioned and Su Ming’s necromancers sank three warships before Newman’s defense-array explosion covered the group’s escape.
- Havitron’s forces discovered documents about Spirit Rain, and Su Ming explained that his Shelling plan would exploit divisions between the Divine Covenant Faction and the Temple of Light.
- The Temple blamed Spirit Rain on the Final Bone Mad Machines and tried to silence Havitron, while evidence of kickbacks in the Dragon-Breaking Cone purchase further inflamed the soldiers and cardinals.
