Alex returned to camp in the latter half of the night, covered in blood.

Seeing Alex's still-violent eyes and blood-soaked body, Steve was a bit at a loss. "Alex..."

Nick Fury rushed forward, supporting the swaying Alex. The light in his single eye flashed fiercely. "Alex, why didn't you call us?" Looking at Alex's state, everyone could guess what he had done.

Alex grinned, revealing his pearly white teeth, which made the blood on his face appear even redder. "I'll call you next time there's a chance!" As he spoke, Alex turned to look at Carter, swaying unsteadily as if drunk. "The mission is complete, but Baron Zemo and those documents are gone."

Carter glanced at Steve beside her, smiled slightly, and said softly, "It's fine if they're gone. Destroying the base is good enough."

Alex nodded, not saying much more, and turned to walk away, heading towards the barracks nearby.

Logan, holding an unlit cigar, stood up and said something before walking away with a flourish, "A true man always repays his debts!"

"If anyone offends me, I will repay them tenfold!" Nick Fury declared, wiping the fresh blood from his chest. His dark face was filled with ferocity.

Natasha's eyebrows twitched slightly, her peach blossom eyes shining. "Full of spirit, a real man!"

Watching everyone leave one by one, Steve became even more confused. He turned to Carter beside him. "Is doing this really the right thing?"

"Steve, this is war. War never has right or wrong, only victory or defeat," Carter shook her head, her voice a little low. "Alex might have gone too far, but he's definitely not wrong."

Steve lowered his head, recalling the finger Dr. Erskine had placed on his chest before he died, recalling Dr. Erskine's past warnings. He couldn't help but ask, "Is it really that hard to be a good person?"

Carter didn't answer. She didn't know how to answer either, so she remained silent.

Alex returned to the barracks, didn't change his clothes, and lay down on the bed, rolling over and falling asleep immediately.

The next day, as the sun was high in the sky, Alex was woken by a tremendous clamor. Rubbing his sleepy eyes, he yelled unhappily, "What the hell are you shouting about? Can't a person sleep?!"

"A big star is here, they've all gone mad!"

Natasha's voice suddenly sounded in his ear. Alex turned his head in confusion and saw Natasha sitting by his bed. He couldn't help but tremble in surprise and asked, "Why are you here?"

Natasha giggled and didn't answer, instead saying, "Alex, do you know how much of a stir you caused last night? Even Hitler was alerted and issued a kill order, commanding Hydra to capture you with all their might."

"If they push me too far, I'll just take out Little Mustache myself!" Alex complained, but then another cheer erupted outside. Alex frowned. "You said a big star is here, who is it?"

"Vivien Leigh!" Natasha shrugged, looking disdainful.

Upon hearing this, Alex stood up abruptly, asking in surprise, "How did she get here?"

Natasha, a top spy, immediately detected the unusual tone in Alex's voice, which carried a hint of concern. "Do you know her?"

"She's my sister's godmother!" Alex hissed, not bothering to change his clothes, and ran straight out.

Natasha was slightly stunned, then followed him out. Just as she reached the doorway, she saw Alex pulling Vivien Leigh in, his expression quite displeased.

"How did you end up here?" Alex asked Vivien Leigh, whose face was slightly flushed, repeatedly. "How are Audrey and Monroe?"

"They're all doing great and are very popular in Hollywood. Many directors want to invite them to participate in film shoots!" Vivien Leigh rolled her eyes and then said with a charming smile, "As for why I'm here, why don't you guess?"

"America sent an art performance troupe to the front lines to offer comfort performances. Miss Vivien Leigh must have come with the group," Natasha said with a slight smile as she walked closer.

"May I ask who you are?" Vivien Leigh finally noticed the other person in the room, her expression changing slightly, and she asked in surprise.

"Natasha Romanoff, my teammate," Alex introduced, then turned to Vivien Leigh and said sternly, "Go back immediately after the performance. It's not safe here."

Vivien Leigh pursed her lips and smiled, saying nothing.

Just then, Carter, Steve, and others suddenly rushed in, their faces filled with panic.

"Alex, the boat from last night was blown up by Hydra," Carter said, catching her breath, her voice anxious.

Alex looked bewildered and asked Carter and Steve, "What boat?"

"The boat carrying Bucky!" Natasha's expression changed, and she looked at Alex with concern. "Bucky needs to be sent back to America as soon as possible. We decided to send him back overnight, but we didn't expect..."

The anger that had just subsided in Alex's heart flared up again, even more fiercely than before. "Howling Commandos, assemble!"

Seeing Alex's somber expression, Steve was worried that Alex might do something rash. "Alex, don't be impulsive..."

"Steve, no need to say more," Alex waved him off, his gaze sweeping over the team members. "I swear to entangle myself with Hydra until the end. Who is willing to come with me?"

"Isn't Hydra our target?" Logan, unusually without a cigar in his mouth, crossed his arms, a faint mocking smile on his face.

Alex was truly furious and had lost his temper. "Good, we depart immediately. I'm going to uproot Hydra completely!"

"Alex, take me with you!" Steve quickly stepped forward, seeing that Alex seemed about to leave him behind. "Bucky is my brother too!"

"Good brother!" Alex grabbed Steve's arm, his psionic power instantly spreading out to envelop everyone. He immediately activated teleportation, disappearing from the spot.

"Miss Vivien Leigh..."

Carter had just started to prepare to send Vivien Leigh away when Vivien Leigh suddenly snapped back to attention, grabbing Carter's hand and anxiously asking, "What happened to Bucky? What are Alex and the others going to do?"

Carter, who had long known about the relationship between Vivien Leigh and the three Alex brothers, explained the events of yesterday simply. "...and now they are going for revenge."

Vivien Leigh cried out in alarm, her pretty face turning pale, and her eyes moistened. "The bond between those three brothers is truly strong. Alex must be heartbroken with Bucky gone."

After murmuring to herself for a while, Vivien Leigh suddenly came to her senses and asked worriedly, "Won't they be in danger going like this?"

"They shouldn't be!" Carter said, but inwardly she was praying, "I hope not!"
