Background / History
Long Xiaoyao examined Qin Fang when the child was presented to Ye Xishui, initially doubting whether Qin Fang could inherit her legacy. After Ye Xishui accepted Qin Fang as her personal disciple, Long Xiaoyao joined her in demonstrating the Dragon Phoenix Hammer Technique and undertook part of Qin Fang's training. 10 11
He used a Dragon Pill to cleanse Qin Fang's meridians and taught him the Dragon's Roar Hammer Technique. He subsequently supervised Qin Fang's gravity training, through which Qin Fang opened eight meridians in two hours and began tempering Soul Tool cores. 11 12
Over six months, Long Xiaoyao and Ye Xishui trained Qin Fang in forging and Soul Tool core patterns. Long Xiaoyao came to value Qin Fang's pure, sunny, polite, and talented nature, and continued to stabilize his cultivation after Qin Fang awakened a time-type martial soul. 13 14 17
Following Qin Fang's apparent death, Long Xiaoyao attempted to save the critically injured Ye Xishui with Gold of Life. When this proved insufficient, he offered half his origin essence; combined with the spiritual manifestation created from Qin Fang's God-level Metal, this restored Ye Xishui and stabilized Eternal Night at Rank Nine and a Half. The two openly acknowledged their feelings afterward. 135 136
Long Xiaoyao later appeared alongside Ye Xishui as Qin Fang's grandfather, using the Tenth Level Dragon Phoenix Arm Armor to block an attack from Da Ming. 163
Personality
