Background / History

Qin Fang grew up orphaned in Sea Tide Village after his parents died. Raised on the villagers’ support, he was considered unusually steady and mature, though his habit of wandering about and sunbathing made him seem eccentric. He discovers that he has transmigrated into this world on the day of his Martial Soul Awakening 1.

His initial awakening reveals the Undead Great Eye and the ability to wield powerful soul skills. Zhong Liwu recognizes his potential, accepts him as a direct disciple and Holy Spirit Sect Saint Son, and arranges his education at the Sun Moon Royal Empire Academy’s affiliated junior academy 3 7. Qin Fang later discovers twin martial souls associated with life and death: a green lotus and an undead skeleton 3.

Electrolux becomes bound to Qin Fang and initially tests whether he can endure the path of cultivation. Qin Fang accepts Electrolux’s full assistance, learns the Holy Light Heart meditation method, and eventually swears to help resurrect him if he becomes a god. Electrolux then formally accepts Qin Fang as his sole successor in the world 3 24.

Under Zhong Liwu, Scorpion Tiger Douluo, Ye Xishui, and Long Xiaoyao, Qin Fang advances quickly in both cultivation and Soul Tool engineering. He attends the Sun Moon Royal Empire Academy, later leads and teaches within the Body Sect, and becomes its master 19 149 153.

A later time-space displacement sends Qin Fang ten thousand years into the future and forces him to begin again with restricted access to his former powers. He learns that Tang San manipulated events across time and that his own historical legacy had endured through the Sun Moon Empire and Soul Spirit Hall 334 346.

Qin Fang eventually learns that the Skeleton Emperor and Green Lotus Emperor created him as a test subject intended to open a route back to their original universe. Though shaken by this revelation, he chooses to define himself independently: “a brand new Qin Fang,” and resolves to save the Douluo World 421 430.

At the same time, Qin Fang is calculating, domineering, and willing to use extreme violence.
