The MC has a bland, nearly faceless character (just like most Uchiha do). Originally, the dynamics within the village and the numbers looked reasonable, but things got more and more mind-boggling and inconsistent.

Exposed Xiao Wu being a transformed soul beast, and not even one of the teachers was tempted or tried anything (for the spirit bone).

The Chinese's obsession with casually using mind-control is frankly disgusting. Putting aside the morally reprehensible aspect of it, it just shows poor writing skills.
