History
Third Raikage
The Third Raikage confronts Sakumo Hatake and Uchiha Jin, exerting killing intent so intense that Jin struggles to move 105. Later, A enters Konoha during a four-Kage attack and fights Minato Namikaze with Lightning Release Chakra Mode and hand-blade strikes 295 296.
Their rivalry continues through another battle. Afterward, A says that a great ninja village needs a Third Layer powerhouse and resolves to find a way to reach that stage himself; his advancement is not confirmed in the supplied chapters 327 328 343.
