Dealings with Akatsuki
At the Five Kage Summit, the Raikage accused Iwagakure, Konohagakure, Sunagakure, and Kirigakure of having both produced Akatsuki rogue ninja and used Akatsuki's services during earlier wars 231. The Tsuchikage later stated that Iwagakure had hired Akatsuki more often than any other village 236 289.
Allied Shinobi Forces
