Carlos rescued Red Count Raid, claimed Pluton, and used Asura Path Pain to secure islands and strengthen his position among the New World powers. The arc leaves him arriving at Big Mom’s Tea Party with Doflamingo and Gecko Moria, whose crews begin considering an alliance.

• Carlos helped Red Count Raid escape Kong’s ambush, earning a favor, then reunited with Olvia and Robin and learned Pluton’s location from the ancient text.
• Carlos protected Olvia and Robin from the Marines, ordered the Six Paths of Pain to kill the force that confronted them, and later retrieved Pluton from beneath a lake.
• Carlos fused Pluton into a giant weaponized body, tested its cannon, then stored it and returned to Sun Moon Island as the Divine Eye Pirates expanded.
• Carlos agreed to lend Asura Path Pain to Golden Lion, who brought the puppet into Whitebeard’s territory and challenged the Whitebeard Pirates.

Carlos expanded the Divine Eye Pirates to ten islands, then traveled to Mary Geoise to seek support for leading the Shichibukai. After Kings rejected him, he mobilized allied pirate forces to attack more than twenty World Government member nations, leaving the Five Elders scrambling to contain the fallout.

• Carlos fought Big Mom at her Tea Party, damaged Napoleon and Zeus, then agreed to consider teaching three of her daughters and arranged cooperation with her.
• Carlos returned to Sun Moon Island and sent Shiryu, Martin, Dolores, and Riley to conquer six islands, bringing the Divine Eye Pirates’ territory to ten islands.
• Sengoku proposed using selected Pirates to suppress their rivals, and the Five Elders agreed to put the plan before the World Government conference.
• Carlos ordered Noah to execute officials who had switched allegiances, then traveled to Sabaody and met Rayleigh and Shakky before heading to Marine Headquarters.
