Sonia worked as a villa manager at the Celebrity Hotel, where she mentored Sarah. Despite an appearance that suggested an easygoing personality, Sarah regarded her as the most serious of the hotel’s villa managers. Sonia’s earlier career also included repeated success as a popular villa manager at renowned hotels 115 735.

While serving Kassadin, Sonia remained curious about his identity and the Void but avoided questioning him without permission. Her discretion, work ethic, and respect for boundaries helped persuade Harvey to retain her as his housekeeper on Xandar and eventually allow her to join the Void 69 78.

After witnessing Dam receive a superhuman physique, Sonia asked whether she could also believe in and join the Void. She accepted that gaining power would expose her to a different world and subsequently resolved to control her hunger rather than sacrifice her sanity for faster growth 77 78 79.
