Background & History

Tony Stark was a weapons manufacturer and Stark Industries' leader before being kidnapped in Afghanistan. Witnessing terrorists use Stark weapons and surviving near death led him to construct the first Iron Man armor, abandon weapons manufacturing, and seek to atone for the harm his company had caused. 13 153
