Background

Habara was born into the Uchiha Clan and lost both parents during the war. As a child, he became Uchiha Shisui’s rival; their rivalry developed into friendship because both believed that the clan and village should be treated as one rather than opposing sides. 2 18

Before becoming Clan Head, Habara viewed the Uchiha as deeply divided: between shinobi and non-shinobi, Sharingan users and non-users, Police Force insiders and outsiders, and the Hawk and Dove factions. His experiences from a previous life gave him an unusually political perspective, leading him to reject Konoha’s “Will of Fire” education as inadequate for explaining or changing the world’s power structures. 1 13

Determined to survive the clan’s worsening situation, Habara chose Glorious Evolution and began pursuing enemies strong enough to provide Power Fragments. Habara is pragmatic, strategic, and intensely focused on survival, personal strength, and the Uchiha Clan’s long-term security. He studies opponents, avoids needless risks, and plans around political consequences as readily as battlefield ones. 10 13 95

He can be ruthless toward enemies—especially Root, Danzō, Obito, and those he considers traitors—but does not treat violence as his only solution.
