As a hero of Konoha, Obito Uchiha had his own grave.
Since Kakashi Hatake had been unable to find his body back then, he had erected a cenotaph for Obito Uchiha in the village, right beside the grave of their other teammate, Rin Nohara.
"I'll go pay my respects to Rin alone."
When Kakashi Hatake reached the burial grounds, he stopped Akihara Kagura, seemingly afraid that Kagura might dig up Obito Uchiha's cenotaph.
The kid was a decent person, but he was far too extreme in the things he did. Kakashi Hatake felt that Akihara Kagura really was capable of digging up Obito Uchiha's grave.

Kakashi Hatake stood before two gravestones.
One belonged to Rin Nohara, and the other belonged to Obito Uchiha.
"Rin, Obito has been alive all this time."
Kakashi Hatake lowered his head and stared at Rin Nohara's gravestone, quietly recounting the events of the night. "Maybe he came to see you too. He saved me before. This time, it should be my turn to bring him back..."

As if sensing something, Akihara Kagura quietly retreated beneath a tree and concealed himself in the darkness.
"Why are you here?"
A pitch-black figure stood beneath the tree. After glancing at Akihara Kagura as he approached, he turned back toward Kakashi Hatake, who was paying his respects in the distance.
"Of course, I came to dig up your grave..."
A faint smile appeared on Akihara Kagura's face. "As expected of my new boss. You've got some nerve. I thought you'd escaped..."
