The bookshelves were piled with all kinds of strange scrolls.
This was not Kakashi Hatake's first time here. When he had encountered the first Wood Style Ninja, Tenzo, he had secretly slipped into the archives to investigate, so he was fairly familiar with the place.
This was Akihara Kagura's first time here.
Akihara Kagura had always known that there would be no trace of Obito Uchiha to find here, so he had no interest in searching. He merely flipped through the files at random.
"Kagura."
Kakashi Hatake suddenly stopped examining a scroll and looked at Akihara Kagura. "There should be some information here that interests you."
"What information?"
"Records of materials entering and leaving certain laboratories."
Kakashi Hatake tossed the scroll in his hand to Akihara Kagura, pointed at a row of scrolls before him, and continued, "Want to come take a look?"
"Oh?"
Akihara Kagura became a little more interested.
However, when Akihara Kagura picked up one of the scrolls, he realized what the problem was. These were some of the loose ends Orochimaru had left behind when he defected from Konoha.
