Vegapunk obtained Charlotte Linlin's Vivre Card from the Charlotte Family and used it to develop detection machines for his search 180. He later placed the card in a machine, located Linlin in Dressrosa, and judged from its condition that she was out of mortal danger and recovering quickly 181.
