Lin Xuan died in a truck accident on Earth and was reborn as an orphan in Aolai City on the Douluo Continent. Before awakening his Martial Soul, he supported himself by collecting and selling forging scraps, becoming acquainted with Tang Ziran and his family through Mang Tian's forging work 1.
