Background / History

Tang Wulin met Lin Xuan as a child after Tang Ziran introduced them and asked him to address Lin as an older brother. He quickly developed goodwill toward Lin Xuan, who promised to protect him from bullies. 1

He awakened Blue Silver Grass as his Martial Soul and later demonstrated unusual talent as a blacksmith. At the East Sea Blacksmith Association, he completed Thousand Forging Spirit Attraction with Deep Silver, passed the Third-Grade Forging Master assessment with full marks, and became the youngest Master-level forging master in continental history. 27 28

Tang Wulin and Lin Xuan became Mu Chen's disciples to continue their forging studies. 30 After Tang Ziran and his wife left Aolai City without warning, Tang Wulin was troubled by their disappearance but remained resilient. 52

Following Lin Xuan's disappearance, Tang Wulin became withdrawn and trained obsessively. He blamed his own lack of strength for being unable to protect those close to him and resolved to surpass his former dependence on Lin Xuan's protection. 101

Over time, he became suspicious of “Old Tang,” the presence within his spiritual world. He secretly tested Old Tang’s motives, concluded that the being was connected to the Golden Dragon King bloodline, and chose to develop his own spear path rather than rely entirely on inherited power. 165 332
