The God Emperor and Devil Emperor howled almost simultaneously, each revealing their true forms and striking out with fierce boldness. For a moment, the Dao tones of gods and devils rang out grandly, as though three thousand six hundred kinds of gods and devils had unleashed their purest Dao tones. Two nearly identical ancient God Kings attacked from the left and right!
Whether God Emperor or Devil Emperor, both had bull horns and dragon mouths, muscles coiled around their bodies like giant pythons, and long tails thick at the base and thin at the tip, ending in a tuft of long hair.
Yet though the two appeared completely identical, they were in fact opposites of one another, like one standing inside a mirror and the other outside it. From major things such as their internal organs to something as minute as the spin direction of every particle composing their flesh, everything was reversed!
Their Great Daos were likewise completely opposed: one was the Divine Dao, the other the Devil Dao!
This was precisely the dual nature of Innate Primordial Qi.
The God and Devil Emperors had been born from the Innate Divine Well in the Immortal Realm's First Blessed Land. Innate Primordial Qi had arisen within that well, and the gods and devils born from that Qi were each other's greatest opposites.
Although the quality of the Innate Primordial Qi produced by that Innate Divine Well was inferior to Su Yun's Innate Primordial Qi, their properties were the same.
The God and Devil Emperors attacked from left and right. Their incomparably powerful bodies brought the pure Divine Dao and Devil Dao to the utmost extreme. They, too, had gained greatly from this journey to the Miro Heaven and Earth Pagoda, and their cultivation had improved tremendously!
