• Gellert Grindelwald told Serena Pendragon that he had bound himself to Nurmengard and planned to use his Flying Charm when a true crisis began, then sent a mirror as a late Christmas gift for Vizet.
• Vizet left for New York with Jupiter, met Professor Lupin, and intervened when the Purifier Organization stirred a crowd against magic.
• Vizet helped Smith and the New York Youth Alliance stop Belborn’s attackers, then joined Paul Smith’s patrol of New York’s dangerous districts.
• An ambush disabled the patrol’s brooms and targeted them with gunfire and Acromantulas, but Vizet protected the group and used ritual magic to trace the mastermind.

Vizet uncovered Joseph Bonanno’s role in the attacks and broke the Goblin-made Magic Contract by destroying its weapons, allowing the Magical Congress to arrest the conspirators. After the arrests, accidents and attacks involving Mafia members spread through Hunts Point, leaving the Goblins’ wider involvement uncertain.

• Jimmy, Brian, Will, and Jerry suspected the commander had escaped before ordering the hidden sentries to attack, while Vizet went missing.
• Joseph Bonanno escaped with Mrs. Appaloosa and Roz, but Vizet found them at the Safe House and subdued Bonanno and Profa.
• Mrs. Appaloosa revealed Bonanno’s plan and the Goblins’ role, while Vizet used Legilimency to expose Bonanno’s hatred of wizards and his efforts to deceive him.
• Vizet brought Bonanno and the others to Appaloosa Manor, where he explained that the Magic Contract depended on the weapons’ power and destroyed them to break it.
• Paul Smith and the Hit Wizards arrested the suspects, and Vizet explained the case to Charles Graves and Liam Graves, who decided to report the Goblins’ wider collusion.
• When the Auror Office’s expanded rooms and prison cells began failing, Vizet healed injured suspects, and Elmer investigated the magical fluctuations and other accidents.

Vizet prepared a ritual to transform Fenrir Greyback into a true magical werewolf, using Greyback’s memories and his victims’ emotions to make the transformation succeed. After the ritual produced a frightened werewolf and Vizet revealed a moonstone totem, he began preparing a potion that could let Lupin and the other werewolf wizards become werewolf Animagi.

• Vizet organized the M·S·C employees to prepare the ritual and gather memories of Fenrir Greyback, while explaining that their emotions would help make Greyback its target.
• Vizet confronted Fenrir Greyback in the miniature laboratory and explained that the ritual would make him a true werewolf while erasing his memories and preserving his fear of humans.
• Liam Graves and the others gathered around the ritual array as the full moon rose, and Vizet sent Baby Thunderbird to bring a storm before placing Greyback at its center.
• The ritual forced Greyback to relive the suffering of his victims, and his attempt to break free ended when vines restrained him and his claws shattered.
• Vizet completed the ritual as Greyback’s reflection disintegrated, leaving a gaunt magical werewolf that retained only a tiny part of Greyback and feared the people around it.
• Vizet revealed that a moonstone totem could adapt to changing understandings of werewolves and help treat future cases of Lycanthropy Disease.

Vizet cured the Werewolf Wizards, uncovered Voldemort’s plan to use them as vessels for Soul Fragments, and created a way to destroy those fragments. As Dumbledore introduced Vizet’s bullet-deflecting magic to international officials, he revealed that goblins had aided Dark Muggles, leaving the authorities with another danger to confront.

• Vizet cured the Werewolf Wizards with the bloodred potion, and Lupin reunited with Tonks, free of the fear that his Lycanthropy Disease would make him harm her.
• Andrew Williams and the other cured wizards thanked Vizet, who urged them to see their experience as valuable and offered ways they could serve the magical community.
• Vizet took a calm werewolf to Serena Pendragon and her friends, then found a group of Werewolf Wizards in the basement and suspected the Isaiah Society had made an army.
• Vizet discovered that Voldemort had transformed Squibs into Werewolf Wizards, placing Soul Fragments in them as part of a plan to build an army empowered by War Magic.
