Meng De was a delivery driver before the Apocalypse. After awakening supernatural abilities, he rapidly became a powerful survivor, using Space Black Hole to confront hostile Ability Users and zombies while gathering supplies and protecting people around him. 15 20 22 297

He established Dragon Control Base on Dragon Control Island. Under his leadership, the base expanded from a villa refuge into a settlement of nearly four thousand survivors after he brought back more than a thousand people from West City.
