Da Mi Mi was a major entertainment-industry star before the apocalypse, described by the Goddess Compendium as one of Hua Guo’s four top young actresses and a super first-class superstar. Her career began with a breakout debut drama and continued through major film and television awards. 60

When the apocalypse began, she was at BaoLong Plaza for a commercial performance. She became trapped alone in the underground supermarket, surviving for more than half a month on its remaining supplies while guarding the entrance with a fruit knife. 33

Meng De found her while looting BaoLong Plaza after defeating the Flame Zombie in the mall. Initially wary of him, Da Mi Mi became increasingly vulnerable after Meng De emptied much of the supermarket’s stock with his storage ability. 32 34 Yu Wendu, whose family owned BaoLong Plaza and who had harassed her before the apocalypse, then attempted to seize her by force. Meng De protected her by redirecting gunfire and defeating Yu Wendu’s men, causing her trust in him to rise sharply. 35 36
