Background and History
Tang Hao and his older brother Tang Xiao were known as the Clear Sky Sect’s “Haotian Twin Stars.” After Tang Hao returned from the City of Slaughter, they traveled together and met Ah Yin. Both brothers loved her, but she accepted Tang Xiao’s proposal. Tang Hao, who remembered a previous life in which Ah Yin had chosen him, refused to step aside. He attacked and disabled Tang Xiao, then abducted Ah Yin and sealed her Soul Power 24 26 31 35 477.
Tang Hao expected Ah Yin to give birth to Tang San and hoped that a pursuit by Spirit Hall would prompt her to sacrifice herself, granting him a ninth Soul Ring. After the Clear Sky Sect discovered Ah Yin’s identity as a hundred-thousand-year Soul Beast, Tang Hao fled with her and their infant son. He destroyed Spirit Hall branches to draw its forces after him, but sect elders intercepted the family instead 77 81 84.
At Heavenly Valley Ridge, Tang Hao fought the sect’s pursuers when they threatened Ah Yin and Tang San. He killed numerous disciples and elders. Ah Yin began a sacrifice to save Tang San, but redirected it to Tang Xiao when he arrived. The brothers fought; Tang Hao crippled Tang Xiao again and, while trying to finish him, unknowingly killed their father, Tang Tian. Tang Hao later defeated Spirit Hall fighters and spared Pope Qian Xunji 85 89 91 92 95.
The Clear Sky Sect expelled Tang Hao and struck him from its genealogy. He withdrew to Holy Spirit Village with Tang San, placing his hopes for the future in his son’s eventual godhood. When Ah Yin’s Soul Ring was no longer available, he hunted Ah Rou with the Strength Clan’s help and took her hundred-thousand-year ring as his ninth 97 127 132 133 135.
Years later, Tang Hao intervened when Spirit Hall threatened Tang San at Pope’s Palace. Yue Guan and Gui Mei evaded his Ring Explosion–empowered attack until its power expired, then defeated him; Yue Guan cut off his right hand. Tang San later killed Tang Hao. Tang Xiao subsequently seized his wandering soul and resurrected him as a Wrathful, leaving him unable to disobey his brother 354 355 356 486 498.

Personality
Tang Hao’s attachment to Ah Yin combines jealousy with a desire to control the future he remembers. Even after she chooses Tang Xiao and rejects him, he treats their relationship as something he can recover. He plans to use Tang San’s anticipated godhood to revive Ah Yin and change her feelings 31 59 477 478.
He protects Tang San against threats from both the Clear Sky Sect and Spirit Hall, yet also expects his son to restore those he has killed and clear his name. After the Heavenly Valley Ridge slaughter, Tang Hao grieves for his sect members while blaming Spirit Hall for the disaster 85 87 96 479.

Clear Sky Hammer
Tang Hao’s Martial Soul is the Clear Sky Hammer. Its seventh Soul Skill, Martial Soul Avatar, manifests a giant hammer-wielding figure 355.

Ninth Soul Ring
Ah Rou’s hundred-thousand-year ring grants Tang Hao Waist Bow and Charm after Huo Yuhao alters its skills. Tang Hao considers both disappointing but values the ring as a source of power for Ring Explosion 135.
