When they saw the Truth Association's reply, Isaac and Moens exchanged a look. Both were stunned.
This was a Sixth Tier wizard they were talking about!
Even a project as big as Moens's was still going through the application process, yet Isaac's had already reached the stage of finding a suitable Sixth Tier wizard. The difference was enormous!
After their brief astonishment, however, both felt it made sense. After all, this research concerned the very nature of Mad Witches. Its research value was considerable.
Besides, Isaac had also mentioned two possible approaches concerning Arcane Masters. One was an advanced version of Filo's use of the Emperor Token: instead of playing along with Outer Gods, they would pull out the token and confront them head-on the moment the ritual began!
They would force the Outer Gods to complete the trade, allowing Arcane Masters to embark on this unusual mad witch path as well.
This approach was rather risky, though. Even an organization as powerful as the Truth Association could not make such a decision rashly.
Fortunately, there was a second option—trading with True Gods!
Compared with the first proposal, the second was much more feasible. Although the Truth Association lacked the power and resolve to suppress every Outer God—and quite possibly every deity—it could easily negotiate with a few True Gods and have them complete safe trades with selected Arcane Masters.
Although wizards and deities remained vaguely opposed to each other overall, deities were an enormous group. Even the True Gods were not united, and a few of them were willing to cooperate with wizards.
In fact, compared with the nature of Mad Witches, this was what the Truth Association valued most!
If this experiment succeeded, novice Arcane Masters and Legendary Wizards would get through their initial transitional period much faster,
