Allen and Artoria united their lands while the Organization and the Abyssals prepared for war, and Clare grew stronger as the conflict widened. The Organization unleashed its Abyss Devourers against the Abyssals as Lafana fought Luciela at the cost of her own life.

• Allen revealed the Organization’s experiments and the island’s role as a testing ground, prompting Milia, Helen, and Deneve to investigate its secrets.
• Ophelia attacked Clare and Laki, but Ine Lily killed Ophelia and revealed that Clare was part of the Organization’s Generational Inheritance experiment.
• Clare learned the High-Speed Sword from Ine Lily and returned to fight for the Organization as its forces suffered heavy losses.
• Allen and Artoria merged the Western and Southern Lands, while Allen planned to cross the sea and punish the nation behind the Organization.

Allen destroyed the Organization and united the Claymores behind an expedition against the Empire that had used them as weapons. As his invasion plunged the Empire into rebellion, he discovered a colossal creature at the Dragon’s Descendants’ settlement and learned it held the secret behind their creation.

• Lafana killed Luciela and absorbed her, while Priscilla arrived at the battlefield, devoured Arisia, and killed Bixi and the Abyss Devourers.
• Allen and the Claymores defeated Dae’s parasite monster, while Teresa battered Priscilla and Clare fought her with a copy of Teresa’s memories.
• Clare’s final attack left Priscilla missing, but a Flesh Cocoon fused with a piece of her, and Allen later reshaped it into Nancy.
• Allen’s forces destroyed the Organization’s leadership and ship, then the surviving Claymores pledged to join his war against the country behind it.
• Allen rallied the Western Lands for a War of Vengeance, and his fleet invaded the continent, bombarding a fortress city and arming local prisoners to spread rebellion.

After ending Kalikardos and leaving the Azerath Universe, Allen joined the Archangel’s journey through the opening battles of the war between ZAFT and the Earth Alliance. The Archangel faced a new confrontation at Junius 7 as Allen spoke with Lacus about the conflict and the Eighth Fleet arrived to reinforce the ship.

• Teresa killed Kalikardos, and Allen explained that its death would begin a new era while the Claymores and Awakened Beings gradually lost their powers.
• Laki led the expeditionary army to conquer the nation behind the Organization, and Allen left the Azerath Universe with Teresa for the Solar System.
• Allen and Teresa arrived at Heliopolis, where Allen encountered Kira, learned about the Earth Alliance and ZAFT, and secretly prepared an experimental Gundam.
• When ZAFT attacked Heliopolis, Allen fought with his Gundam while Teresa piloted Strike, and they joined the Archangel after the colony was destroyed.
• The Archangel escaped toward Earth amid repeated battles with ZAFT, while Allen and Teresa fought alongside Kira and Mu and Allen’s machine sustained severe damage.
• At Junius 7, Strike mistook Sakura and Lacus’s Ginn escort for enemies, and Kira brought the two women aboard the Archangel after the skirmish.

After the Archangel and its allies defeated ZAFT’s encirclement, Allen and Mu warned that unidentified elite soldiers might still be targeting them and the remaining G Project machines.

• Allen took command of the damaged Archangel and used missiles, Anti-Beam Flares, and the Plasma Cannon to turn back Rau Le Creuset’s attack, then exchanged Sakura and Lacus Clyne for captured Earth Alliance soldiers.
• The Archangel rendezvoused with Duan Harbalton’s Eighth Fleet, where Allen shared upgrade plans and battle data, but Rau’s forces ambushed the fleet and Sakura’s powerful machine helped destroy it as the Archangel escaped to Earth.
• Allen and Teresa helped defeat Andrew Waltfield’s desert forces, then joined Artoria and Cagalli’s guerrillas, who concealed the Archangel and agreed to cooperate with its crew.
