Background

Mei was summoned by Su Jiu from a Raiden Mei Character Designation Card obtained through a 100,000-Energy-Coin lottery. She emerged carrying the Thunder Cutter and immediately pledged to follow Su Jiu wherever he went. Her initial personality data was unstable: despite being designed as an intellectual, rational “big sister” type, she repeatedly said, “There’s a situation, quietly enter the village.” 21

She became one of Su Jiu's core combatants and participated in the group's early operations around Earth. During the confrontation with Sun Wukong, she stood with Zhao Yun in defense of Liu Chuang and kept the Thunder Cutter ready in case the battle escalated. 27

As Utopia expanded, Mei served as both a combatant and instructor. She taught the Swordsman to perceive the “breath” and rhythm of a saber, using thunder as the model for his training. 82

Mei is fundamentally calm, analytical, and restrained. Even when Kiana is eager to interfere with unfamiliar conflicts, Mei assesses the combatants and their power before deciding whether intervention is necessary. 379

Her loyalty to Su Jiu is immediate and unwavering, but she gradually grows beyond simply following him. When Su Jiu is incapacitated, she accepts Bai Feng Jiu's encouragement to represent him during a critical period, recognizing that the team needs someone to act in his place. 188

Earth Defense

Mei's first major battlefield contribution comes during the Taotie invasion, when Su Jiu orders her to use Drawing Thunder Strike after a Yan Huang Mech is destroyed. Her three-stage lightning assault wipes out large numbers of Taotie warriors and destroys half of the enemy warships, forcing a retreat. 48

She later intercepts A Tuo during the attack on Old Wei Qi and Angel Zhui. Her descending lightning leaves only a fragment of A Tuo's black Iron Body, though he escapes before she can finish him. 128

Utopia Leadership

When Su Jiu falls unconscious, Mei accepts the need to represent him against Morgana's expected counterattack. This marks a turning point in which she begins acting as an independent leader rather than solely as Su Jiu's follower. 188

After reaching the Fifth-Generation God level, Mei travels to another plane to retrieve Su Jiu while he is trapped and unconscious. She uses Space power to imprison a hostile figure encountered in the River of Time and later threatens the Big Dipper with Utopia's advanced weapons to prevent interference. 334

As captain of the Void Warship, she brings Su Jiu to the medical bay, explains his Seventh-Order God advancement to Ye Fan and his companions, and deletes the related data so others cannot recklessly imitate his path. 335
