This had long been arranged by 'Illusion'. Human Civilization also knew that the civilization this Small Universe had been waiting for was, in fact, a low-level civilization.

The Intelligent System had not concealed anything from Human Civilization. When Humanity left, it explained all the arrangements. As for what was inside the Small Universe serving as a relic, Humanity knew even better, because it was the one-third of the Astronomical-Level Particle Collider Humanity had dismantled.

Yes, Humanity could not take away that Astronomical-Level Particle Collider after one-third of it had been dismantled. According to the Intelligent System, it was leaving hope for a civilization fated to find it. The Awakeners had given Humanity a set of Consciousness Linking Devices, so Humanity should also leave something behind in this empty-shell Small Universe, giving later low-level civilizations a chance to rise to Level 4 Civilization.

If a low-level civilization truly passed by and entered this Small Universe, it would learn from the Intelligent System that a civilization called Human Civilization had once left behind an Astronomical-Level Particle Collider here that was only two-thirds of its original length. It would also learn that a civilization called Awakener Civilization had come to the Milky Way Galaxy and set out upon The Great Voyage Road.

Human Civilization had no objections to 'Illusion's arrangement. Though they were indeed somewhat reluctant to part with the Astronomical-Level Particle Collider, it was nothing compared to three thousand sets of Consciousness Linking Devices. Besides, if a low-level civilization could truly behold Humanity's creation and find a way to advance to Level 4 Civilization through it, then it could be considered, "Those before us lit the way for us; we light the way for those to come."
