However, because of the war, all the slaves and supplies on the island had been transported to the rear by the Administrative Department half a month ago, leaving behind only an empty island.

Thus, the Terra Kingdom's army of several hundred thousand had gained no supplies here. Aside from the small castle once left behind by the Brown Family, there was not even a single defensible stronghold on all of Coral Island.
