Inside the meeting room.

Three figures crowded around O'Neal, their eyes fixed intently on the map before them.

Clearly, Caesar was not the only one puzzled by the situation on the Northern Great Plains. Dylan Fikernando and Monk were equally baffled.

Seeing the three of them, O'Neal chuckled. A sense of satisfaction from imparting knowledge rose within him. Without wasting time, he pointed at the map and asked,

"Caesar, do you know the Northern Great Plains' net annual income last year?"

"Three hundred and twenty million gold coins."

Caesar answered quickly. Over the past six months, he had not spent all his time leading troops into battle. He had already gained a thorough understanding of the Northern Great Plains.

"What about expenditures?"

"One hundred and thirty million gold coins."

Caesar answered first, then shook his head. Thinking O'Neal intended to prove the value of those Orcs through income and expenses, he immediately added,

"Uncle O'Neal, of those three hundred and twenty million gold coins, as much as one hundred and sixty million came from the mineral resources within the Northern Great Plains."

"Food production brought in only one hundred and twenty million gold coins, while food expenses reached eighty million gold coins, nearly all of which was consumed by the Orcs."

"Income and expenditure alone cannot prove what value these Orcs hold for the kingdom."

Caesar's meaning was simple. The greatest value those Orcs could bring to the kingdom was farming, yet their food consumption was too high. Their annual profit amounted to only a few tens of millions, which was simply not worth mentioning compared to the risks.

After all, even without these Orcs, the Sacred Co-Prosperity Kingdom had more than sixty million citizens. No matter how vast its territory was, it did not lack a few mining laborers.
