Shamu prepared the Uchiha and Konoha for the Otsutsuki threat while battles and attacks spread across the shinobi world. The stretch ended with painful village crises giving way to reunions across generations, while Shamu demanded that Eida explain how to undo Omnipotence.

• Shamu trained Kimimaro and Haku, warned Pain and Konan about the Otsutsuki and Obito, and began preparing the Uchiha to migrate to islands west of Hidden Mist Village.
• Shamu defeated Madara, helped revive him to face the Otsutsuki, and began cooperating with the Hyuga Clan while challenging Konoha over its treatment of the Uchiha.
• Attacks and battles erupted across the shinobi world as the Raikage fought the Hidden Mist forces, Nagato restored the Six Paths, and Madara and Yoya fought Ryoshiki.
• God Tree Jigen attacked Konoha, while Shamu limited his system upgrades to avoid awakening the Planetary Consciousness and later prepared to train Kimimaro and Haku.
• Shamu learned Obito had killed Killer B and other Cloud shinobi, gained new abilities, and planned to restore Kimimaro’s vitality before using Reanimation Jutsu and Izanagi.
• Obito’s forces attacked Konoha, while Shamu prepared newly awakened Mangekyō users and Shikaku coordinated defenses against thirty thousand Stone Golems.
• Shamu confronted Eida and Amado, destroyed a Claw Mark, and demanded that Eida tell him how to undo Omnipotence.
• Minato returned from Gato’s warehouse and reprimanded Team 7 before reporting trouble with the Hyuga Clan, while Jiraiya, Nonō, Shikaku, Inoichi, Neji, and Hiashi reunited with loved ones.

Shamu left the Shinobi world to pursue his plans, while his allies faced personal changes and a new Otsutsuki threat. The stretch ended with Akatsuki preparing to attack Cloud Village as the war continued.

• The Allied Shinobi Forces counted heavy losses, learned that White Zetsu spies had infiltrated their ranks, and prepared to expose them with Orochimaru’s sprayers.
• Shamu comforted Haku, restored Yoya’s sight with an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, and arranged new roles and deployments as the war continued.
• Eida discovered that Sasuke and Minato had killed Kawaki, while Isshiki named Code his heir and warned him about Shamu.
• Neji and Tenten planned to marry before Shamu left, and Boruto and Hikari also agreed to marry.
• Shamu departed through a space-time passage, later revived the people of the Shinobi Star, and returned to his friends after his energy body scattered.
• Meishiki and Enshiki emerged to confront the shinobi, and Yōshiki destroyed much of the Shinobi Star while Shamu fought to hold back his enemies.
• Hiashi ended the Caged Bird Seal for the current generation, and Shamu reunited Neji with Tenten and Rock Lee before taking them to train.
• Flying Waterfall took command of Akatsuki’s campaign against Cloud Village, assigning teams to target its forces and Jinchuriki as Yugito returned wounded to Rokumei Island.

Shamu strengthened his allies and prepared for Obito’s plans while the Uchiha advanced toward independence and Orochimaru returned to Konoha as an undercover agent. The arc ended with Shion responding to a vision of mass deaths and the Land of Fire preparing for the conflict between the Cloud and Mist villages.

• Obito captured Killer B and destroyed Kumogakure with a meteor, while Yoya survived the attack and agreed to marry Yugito.
• Obito investigated the Moon’s Tenseigan ruins, recruited Hiruko, and began gathering pieces for his plan as the villages prepared for conflict.
• Jiraiya and the Anbu raided Root, Kabuto confronted the Third Hokage over Danzo’s crimes, and Shamu revived Minato and brought Jiraiya into his faction.
• Shamu clashed with Madara after Madara summoned a meteor, while Minato helped the shinobi escape and they mocked Madara when the meteor struck an empty area.
• Shion foresaw hundreds or thousands of people dying unnatural deaths and left with Taraho to investigate.
• Shamu and his allies pursued the Evil God Cult, then accepted Sandāyu’s request to help Princess Kazahana Koyuki reclaim the throne of the Land of Snow.
• Shamu built up the Uchiha academy and trained his allies over two years, then sent Orochimaru to Konoha with Haku and Kimimaro as part of a plan to monitor the village and exploit the coming Cloud-Mist conflict.

Shamu built alliances and strengthened the Uchiha while battles, political upheaval, and experiments reshaped the shinobi world. The stretch ended with Pain devastating Cloud Village’s fleet and his power becoming known across the factions.

• Konan and Kakuzu revived Hidan, who used his ritual to destroy one of Kakuzu’s hearts before Konan persuaded him to consider joining Akatsuki.
• Shamu negotiated with Ao and Ōnoki, arranged aid and an alliance for the Uchiha, and recruited Deidara, Kisame, and Orochimaru for his plans.
• Killer B repelled Kisame and the Hidden Mist assault with a Tailed Beast Ball, while Shamu’s confrontation with Kakashi shook Kakashi’s trust in the Third Hokage.
• Obito resisted Shinno’s use of the Zero-Tails and later sought Shinno’s help, while the Allied Shinobi Forces prepared defenses against Obito’s Stone Golems and White Zetsu.
• Shamu helped organize plans involving the Uchiha’s independence, resurrection, and a tournament, while he arranged Gaara’s revival and Orochimaru advanced experiments involving ocular power.
• Orochimaru removed Sarutobi Hiruzen from power, exposed his crimes, and imprisoned Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu after Konoha investigated them.
• Pain attacked Cloud Village’s fleet with Shinra Tensei, killing nearly all its Chunin and Genin and prompting witnesses from other villages to report his power.
