Who is the Monster

Xishi kept a close eye on the center of the battlefield.

After killing two Great Nuo, the Black-bodied Monster stopped attacking, and then swiftly became the target of the Great Nuo's siege.

But a unit quickly gathered around him. These warriors were all like him, pitch-black and slender from head to toe, without faces or features. The black-bodied warriors linked arms with one another, using their bodies to form something like a catapult or slingshot, then launched warriors into the air one after another.

After being shot into the sky, the black-bodied warriors immediately turned into black, broad-winged flying birds. Two of them charged onto the body of the tree-shaped Great Nuo in midair, then transformed into a kind of black hooked claw that dug deep into the Great Nuo's body.

The two black-bodied warriors flowed over the Great Nuo's surface like black fluid, then condensed back into human forms beside the Nuo Masks.

Amid the sweeping red light roared out by the Nuo Masks, they forcibly tore off two of the Great Nuo's Nuo Masks, making the agonized Great Nuo plummet from the sky and curl its body desperately on the ground. And those two warriors merely coldly cut the Nuo Masks free. After shuddering violently for a while, the Great Nuo stopped moving.
