"Satisfied now? If you want to defeat me, train for a few more years," Kakashi said to Obito as he stepped down from the arena.

"What are you so smug about? We both got thirty points, and I got mine before you did. By all rights, that means I won," Obito retorted indignantly.

"You got thirty because thirty was all you could get. I got thirty because thirty is the highest possible score," Kakashi said calmly.

"You..." Obito could not outargue Kakashi, and his face began to redden.

"Alright, you're both amazing. There's no need to argue." Nohara Rin stood between them with a helpless smile.

Near the competition grounds, the merchant organizers began discussing the matter.

"How did we end up with two perfect scores this time? How are we supposed to decide the rankings now?"
