Bibi Dong recalls that Yu Xiaogang deceived her and that Qian Xunji violated her. These experiences shattered her trust in love and drove her toward revenge, personal control, and supreme power. She also resented Qian Renxue because she was Qian Xunji's daughter, repeatedly making her life difficult rather than acting as a mother. 185

After “that incident,” Bibi Dong discovered the statue of the Rakshasa God beneath Spirit Hall. She cultivated through its power for years, attributing her extraordinary rate of Spirit Power growth to the deity's influence. 107
