Dai Mubai is aggressive, proud, and highly competitive. His impulsiveness repeatedly creates consequences. Dai Mubai claims a hotel room and challenges Tang San, Xiao Wu, and Yun Chuan to fight for it. He reveals himself as a rank 37 White Tiger Battle Soul Elder, mocks Blue Silver Grass as a trash Martial Soul, and uses all three early Soul Skills against Yun Chuan. His Vajra Transformation expires during the battle, allowing Yun Chuan’s Wooden Man to beat him nearly to death. 42 43 44 45

Shrek Academy

As Shrek’s oldest student, Dai Mubai helps receive new students and leads the group into the Star Dou Great Forest. After leaving Sea God Island, Dai Mubai becomes Star Luo Crown Prince and reaches rank 83 with the help of the empire’s inherited soul bone. He assumes he can subdue Zhu Zhuqing despite her Titled Douluo status, proposes a duel to preserve their engagement, and is defeated by a single slap from her Limit Douluo-level power. 491 492

Learning that Zhu Zhuqing reached Limit Douluo by remaining on Sea God Island, he regrets abandoning the trials. Humiliated by his father, he develops resentment toward Tang San and withdraws from his former companions while pursuing political power. 493 495

Dai Mubai later fights the Slaughter King while hunting Soul Beasts, supported by an elderly Soul Douluo.
