Background / History

Tang Xiao accompanied Tang Hao to retrieve Tang Yuehua after learning that she had overcome her inability to cultivate. He immediately arranged to help her obtain a soul ring and return to the Haotian Sect, recognizing that her lost cultivation time could not be wasted. 23

Unlike Tang Hao, Tang Xiao acknowledged Gu Ziyi's insight in identifying the cause of Tang Yuehua's condition. On behalf of the sect, he delivered an Azure Wind Wolf right-leg soul bone to Gu Ziyi as compensation for helping her. 22 24

After realizing Tang Yuehua had feelings for Gu Ziyi, Tang Xiao stopped the planned invitation to recruit him into the sect.
