Little Fairy Doctor was a physician at Green Mountain Town's Ten Thousand Medicines Hall. Mercenaries respected her deeply because she had treated many of them and saved lives during expeditions into the Monster Beast Mountain Range. Even before meeting Xiao Han, she knew of her Woeful Poison Body and concealed her status as a poison master. 29 30

She led a herb-gathering party of more than 500 mercenaries into the Monster Beast Mountain Range. Her medical treatment kept injured members alive after attacks by Crimson Ice Serpents, and her encouragement restored the team's morale. During a beast tide, the Wolf Fang Mercenary Group's young leader abandoned her; Xiao Han instead rescued her from a herd of Rhinoceros Beasts. 31 32

Stranded with Xiao Han near a cliff, she joined him in exploring a hidden cave. She received its medicinal herbs and the Seven-Colored Poison Manual, while Xiao Han openly accepted her poison-master identity. His trust led her to recognize him as a friend and life-and-death comrade. 33 35 36
