Why had an Uchiha left Valley of Hell, where they watched over those Blood Pond savages, and come to Evil God Cult territory?

What were they trying to do?

"Ci! What are you doing?"

At that moment, Hidan, who had witnessed the scene, hurried out and stood between Uchiha Ci and the Evil God Cult Leader, explaining to the latter:

"My lord, this guy is my friend. He also aspires to join our Evil God Cult."

The Evil God Cult Leader looked coldly at Uchiha Ci, seeming to wait for an explanation.
